I would never recommend.

I am very glad to have only had a one night visit. The hotel was freezing. The heat did work in the room. The hallways, lobby, pool hall were all freezing. My partner and I went to each drink machine on both floors, and came back without a beverage. For some reason none of them worked, or were sold out. The bathroom could have been much cleaner and repaired. I turned on the water to shower, and the tub filled with water because the drain plug was broken. The T.V. was very blurry. The pool hall was not average. Indoor pool was ice. Sauna was not kept up. Juice boxes and wrappers were underneath the seats inside the sauna. The hot rocks had no water to start the room up. A very disappointing stay for a get away. I have been in four star hotels for the same price, and were much more efficient.

The hotel is comfortable and well located

Pros: We liked its location, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotels staff are courteous and helpful.
Location: It has a good location, you can visit Cornell University, the lake, the museum, the vineyards, etc.
My husband and I liked the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. It was near to restaurants, supermarket, gas station, etc. and not far from the university. The housekeepers were always courteous, asking us if everything was all right, always there for us.

I had requested a 1st floor room when I made reservation, but was given a second floor room upon checking in. Bathroom sink drained very slowly. I would like to say the hotel rooms were very quiet even though the hotel was booked full.

Normally we put our Sports Teams and Groups on the first floor because they can get a little noisy, saving the second floor to be a quieter area. I glad we were able to give you a quiet night's sleep. Our Maintenance regularly checks and services all of our Guest Room drains and I will make sure that they are on-track with this program. I felt that the hotel was very run down. Did not feel clean. The pool had mildew/slime on the walls in the water that was falling into the pool. I did not let the kids swim any longer once I noticed it. Very disappointed. If there was an elevator we never saw it. The outside doors in the back of the building we used were never locked, anyone could walk in unnoticed at anytime. The hotel really needs a good cleaning, a makeover and some better security. I would not stay here again until I saw a major improvement

This hotel needs a renovation

This hotel badly needs a renovation. Lots of scratched doors and walls. Tiles in shower falling out and paint chipping. For the cost I would expect a cleaner more up to date hotel.

Pros: Employees were great!
Location: Within walking distance to the mall.
Overall a decent room, but not great. Wallpaper was peeling in several places.

no record of reservation. On arrival took all my info, home address full name , ph #, CC # with expiration date and security code ON A SLIP OF TORN OFF PAPER was floating around check in desk all night. Inquired in AM for my info couldn't find it , then they did find it I took it and will never stay at a RAMADA in AGAIN. $200 for a single full size bed. Wm Scott Ellis

对于此价位酒店,感觉还可以,所以经常住,不足之处:枕头不舒服,门太多而且都不锁,有点担心不安全。当然我从未丢过东西。
