Perfect location for the theatres etc.Posted Oct 31, 2014
Pros: Location, location, location - and a nice clean and tidy hotel too
Just off Leicester Square, and with Q Park secure parking nearby in China Town, this is the perfect location to catch a show and relax in the evening. The hotel is nothing special when it comes to the rooms and facilities etc. but it is very convenient.

Great location and friendly staffPosted Sep 27, 2014
We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect, right in the centre of action and within walking distance to so many attractions. We asked for a quiet room so there was nothing to look at out of the windows but the room was very quiet and comfortable. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Given the location and quality, the rate we paid was reasonable. Yes we could have paid less elsewhere but would have relied on the tube more often.

Excellent location in the heart of Soho.Posted Sep 4, 2014
Pros: Extraordinary staff. In particular, hotel employees Natalia and Hashim went the extra mile to make our stay all we could hope for.
Cons: Our expectations were exceeded.
Location: Excellent location with close access to sights in Soho, Covent Gardens, and Westminster.
My wife and I spent 5 nights at this centrally located hotel on Leicester Square. The room was spacious and very well furnished. We used the hotel staff for restaurant advice and were never disappointed. Everyone we interfaced with was friendly and well prepared to help us with our questions and requests for service and advice.

Mislead and a rip-offPosted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: The EXIT!
Cons: The carpet, the bed, better hotel facilities, nicer bathroom amenities.
Location: Leicester Square- St Martin's Place
I clicked through your 'secret hotel' link where you described this hotel as 5 star. It most certainly isnt. We were in a 'deluxe room' that was on the top floor, small, dark and oppressive. The carpet had wet patches where the roof was leaking and the bed was not comfortable. The bathroom was absolutely tiny, was glad to get out of there! Comparing this to the Sofitel hotel that I stayed in as well for the same price (using the same 'secret hotel link' on your website) is incomparable. This hotel needs re-assessing by your staff and putting to a 3 star. The Hotel Bar wasn't even open at 6pm on Tuesday night for us to have a drink. Please assess and I would like compensation for this misleading advice from yourselves.

a stay no one should experiencePosted Aug 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
first we came by car service and the hotel location did not allow the car to pull in front. We had 2 families and 10 suitcases. There was no luggage cart and a person inside the lobby said he could not help and did not even hold the door open. We had to drag all our luggage. The elevator is small so it took 4 trips. The first night the fire alarm went off at 1:15 AM. The second night it went off at 4:20AM and our last night it went off at 6:04 AM. We were told different stories by different people which lead us to believe none of the stories. Until we checked out no one apologized. we could not sleep through any of the nights we stayed there. The manager came when we were checking out and apologized and did not charge us for some expenses we charged to the room. The location is great except for the luggage but very hectic around there. It is our understanding they will be tearing down this hotel soon. They have another hotel right next store call the Hampshire we looked much nicer and had a restaurant and gym. Same manager for both. Either stay at the hampshire or avoid this hotel entirely. The rooms are clean and simple but small.

A great place to stayPosted Aug 19, 2014
Location: Centrally located. Leicester Square 30 paces from front door, many, many attractions within easy reach. Perfect!!
Although rooms were small, they provided everything you need, comfy bed, good bathroom etc. The fantastic position of this hotel meant every tourist attraction was within easy reach. The staff, especially David and Natalia are by far, this hotels best asset. Being disabled, David went out of his way to assist me with entering and leaving each day whilst Natalia was always attentive to my needs. I was overwhelmed by their thoughtfulness, care and a "nothing is too much" attitude towards me. My hired mobility scooter was housed safely and recharged by staff each night. I could not have asked for more, whilst David provided a steady arm to lean on, his humour was refreshing and both he and Natalia were happy, friendly and professional.

Great locationPosted Aug 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
Perfectly situated in the heart of central London. Walking distance to Covent Garden, Regent Street shopping, theatre, The National Gallery, and restaurants. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and did everything they could to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay. The Superior room was rather small even for European standards but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean. We would stay here again for the convenient location but if you usually spend a lot of time in your hotel room while on holiday you may want to upgrade to a larger room.
