Not the place you want to stay at

Posted Mar 3, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
When you pull up to this place it appears to be run down and out of business. They have a make shift sign displaying the name of the place. My wife asked me how I came up with this place. I told her that I found it on Expedia.com and it looked a lot better in the pictures. We got there on a Friday at 2pm. The front desk told me that we can not check in until 4pm. We had nowhere to go, so we sat in the car just outside the entrance door. After about an hour the front desk had someone come out and tell us that we could check in now. At check in we had to leave a deposit in case we trashed the room. I am 55 years old and a respectful citizen. After check in we drove around back and the door to enter was unlocked. It was unlocked even at 9 pm at night. I was told that we needed our room key to enter the door. I could go on, but you get the picture.

Horrible Experience

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: Close to Cal Poly Pomona
Hot water out sometimes, not enough towels, had to call for t.p. at night because they didn't clean the room, no tissue at all, even after I called. Front of Hotel locked up for remodel, they took away coffee and any food at 9am, fly in room! I couldn't wait to leave!!!!

check in was no good

Posted Feb 22, 2015
Pros: staff was good
Cons: check in location must improve! check in location must improve! check in location must improve!
Over all was good but check in was difficult, instead of at the entrance or the main build it was at the building behind the entrance (main building) where people had to go through a swing pool then to the register area.

Under repair

Posted Feb 17, 2015
When we approached the main lobby we noticed the chains and padlock on the door. Not very inviting. They were open but 50 percent of the rooms were locked up for rehab. The staff was being as helpful as possible but I wouldn't recommend until restoration complete.

Just all around gross.

Posted Feb 16, 2015
The hotel appeared abandoned, what was usable was being offered and should not have been. The rest was under construction. The noise from the freeway and trains through the night woke me up. Prank calls to our rotary phone. Room was gross. Staff woke us for no reason.

Arrived to the hotel and first noticed dirty glass on the doorways. Staff was polite but the facilities appeared to be old, dated, and not well kept. The elevator looked like it had smeared hand prints and had not been wiped down in weeks. The room was dusty, and there was only two towels, one hand towel and one wash cloth, also appeared to be sheet rock dust inside the coffee pot and refrigerator was dirty. During the night the trains ran about every 2-3 hours blowing their horns all night. The following morning the construction began on the floor below us at 8:30 am. Not a restful night sleep. We had reservations for 4 days and checked out after 1. Would not recommend.

Should not be available to rent.

Posted Feb 4, 2015
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything.
It was gross. Coins on the floor, smashed dead bug in the shower, molding food (I hope) in the corner by the door...right beside the cobwebs. The bed was comfy but I couldn't sleep because I was waiting to get murdered in my sleep :)

Nice large rooms, user friendly.

Posted Feb 3, 2015
Pros: Easy on and off freeway.
Cons: Hot tub needs to work...........
We needed a hotel near the Fairplex. Found this one. Easy on and off freeway access. Large rooms nicely laid out. I also like that the bathroom sink is seprate from the toilet and shower--that helps when several women are trying to get ready to go out.

It is a nice clean place

Second time staying here. Nice Big Clean and quiet rooms. Great free Wifi. We lacked enough towels/ washcloths for two and breakfast was Ok( last year's breakfast was better). I'd stay here again.
