Would never stay there again!

Hotel was not clean when we arrived at 11pm. Urine on toilet, crumbs all over floor, old food left in cabinets and blood soiled pull out bed filled with crumbs. Had to wait an hour with my tired kids for them to come clean it. It was the only room and very late or I would have left. Luckily Expedia was awesome and refunded us quickly for our troubles.

Don't ever stay here!

No towels in the room. Got attitude when we asked for more. There was hair in the bed, no shampoo or conditioner and no one at the front counter for over 45 minutes. Save your money and look for another hotel.

Short of staff

They didn't had basic utensils in the rooms. And had to ask for them several times. And said they were short of staff. Had to come down several times to ask for things.

Great stay!

I’ve stayed at three different Extended Stay America hotels and continue to come back because I truly love the amenities that the chain provides in each of the rooms. It’s so convenient to have your own full sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave and stovetop. The Torrance Del Amo Circle hotel is in a great location (walking distance to a shopping center) and I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable! I would stay here again!

It's good for long stay because there is a kitchen. If there were a pool and a training room, that would be nicer.

Poor excuse for a hotel

Cons: See above.
Front desk person was rude and unprofessional. Guests have to get clean towels by bringing the wet ones to the front desk. Dog in next room barked much of the night. I've stayed in better hotels for less money. Quite a disappointing experience. Breakfast was a bag of instant oatmeal.

Extended stay no way.

At check, we were told that there was no maid service. We did get upgraded from a queen bed to king size. We then met another traveler who was caring some cups and a bottle of champagne. She stated that there was no ice maxhine. You have to make your own ice. The room was warm because the air conditioning unit was right next to the bed. There was barely enough room between the unit and the bed for me to walk. I tried to turn on the tv but the remote control batteries were dead. There were no dishes or pans of any kind. There were signs about asking for them at the front desk. Really. A few things would have been great. No toiletries, no coffee maker, no phone to call the front desk. The bed was rock hard. The room was no smoking but you have to wall through a smoke filled hallway. Yuck. For breakfasy, it was grab and go. Apples, oranges, three kind of store wrapped muffins, oatmeal packets without any containers, granola bars, coffee and hot water but no juice or other drinks. What a very disappointing stay. What would happen if we stayed longer. Oh they allow pets but don't put them all.in one section.

Very comfortable stay.

This place is very close to major shopping centers, a mall, restaurants, groceries stores, and about 10 minutes away to the nearest beach. Surrounding area was nice and very comfortable. The kitchen and full size fridge help out a lot to save all our leftover we had eating out. It nice it have a kitchen to store milk, water, and all our healthy snack that help eliminate my family eating a lot of junk food. The TV was missing the remote control but it was an LG TV, which you can control if you have an LG phone. Will stay there again.

nice hotel

Cons: staff, better staff attitude
had to wait for front office for 30 minutes while she went to other location to pick up supplies. very inconvenient..what if there was an emergency and no staff at front office! she was very short when she came back
