Not a pretty as the picture....

Posted May 31, 2014
Pros: Nothing....
Cons: everything... how about not locking the ice machine..?? lets start there...:)
Location: zoo, mall, casino, bars, restaurants
I stayed here for four days..... the first room they put me in was decorated with a disco ball, naked woman on the walls, and mirrors everywhere.... had a mini fridge which was nice.. second room smelled of dead bodies... finally after asking me several times to move when I just wanted to relax I went to third room... which had a tv from 1950 and no fridge... so I guess I was down graded? I don't know but if you looking for cheap hotel and don't care about any luxuries this is the one for you... close to bars and easy to get taxi... walking distance to mall, casino, zoo... Oh and the toilet seat didn't fit the toilet... lol.. it kind of just was hanging on and much smaller than the actual toilet.. not sure what was going on with that.. shower also would drain very slow... and the staff questioned me several times when I was leaving... said it was the rules.. but didn't do it everytime... weird?? guess I was a flight risk? even though I paid in advance for the week... never will stay here again...

It is a nightmare!!!!!

Posted May 7, 2014
Pros: nothing
Cons: IT should just start over with everything
Location: there is a good restaurant, the Aristracrat nearby, and a short walk to Manila Bay, but you have to go thur 100s of homeless beggers to get there.
From the moment of checking in to when checking out, it kept getting worse here. This is a motel for tourist with cars, that need a garage with room. In the 6 days I was here, I had my room serviced once. Everyday, I had to go to desk (which is outside, no lobby). to get towels and water. The "FREE" breakfast is a bowl of rice and noodles and some sort of meat. You could not eat it. And there is no restaurant, you order breakfast and it is deleivered to the room to be eaten. WoW. The room had no windows and was a 10x12 "cell". What a joke!!!!! And the room smelled like a cistern that was backed up. there is no potable water in the room. you need bottled water, and you get it from the desk. Ok, when I checked out, I was given a bill for $8 and no one could explain what it was for. But I paid it to get out of there. This is a joke of hotel. STAY away!!!!! Beware of it!!!!

not sure about this requirement

Posted Apr 24, 2014
Pros: The cost per night is very reasonable and for the price, all was comfortable for us.
Cons: need to have your maintenance personnel to check the rooms prior to renting as we discovered plugged drain in the shower and the toilet did not flush
Overall the staff was very courteous. And we were very comfortable.

Close to Roxas Boulevard.

Posted Mar 26, 2014
Pros: Clean, no noise.
Cons: 2 glasses in the room.
Location: Roxas boulevard, oceanpark, zoo, Asian mall
During our stay in march 2014 we had not any bad remark. The room was clean and there was no noise. The hotel has no diningroom but that was for us no problem because they bring the food into the room. When i go back to Manila i stay there again.

No view of the sea, and no restaurant.

Posted Mar 17, 2014
Pros: The bathroom is very well designed and spacious.
Cons: Advertise that it has no restaurant for guests to eat in...only room service.
Location: For the type of clients here, the surroundings do not matter.
A secure drive-in hotel, but not for general tourism. No restaurant. Wifi works very well.

Nice love hotel

Posted Jan 7, 2014
Pros: The rooms are spacious and clean. They provide breakfast and food at any time. Unlike other hotels you could stay there 24 hours irrespective e f your
Cons: None
Location: The location of the hotel is not so good and be careful while going out during night time.
This is the second time I am staying in this hotel. It is right across Manila bay. It is also a convenient place for overnight stay if you are on airport transfer and the taxi cost only 130 peso to the airport. Only adults are allowed to stay because it is a love hotel and not designed for family. It is great place for love makers. The staffs are very co-operative and pleasing.

Poor internet connection, small room

Posted Dec 21, 2013
Pros: Good air conditioning, quiet room
Cons: Internet Wifi, staff vigilance, restaurant
Location: Relatively close to Mall of Asia and Convention Centers
The room was quite small but comfortable with excellent air conditioning and very quiet. Unfortunately, the WiFi was extremely slow and often stopped altogether, so I had to change to a different lodging after two days. Also, the staff watched every move, since this is more like a motel, rather than a hotel, and always asked questions on coming and going. One good point is the 24 hour day, so if you check in late, you can check out late, too.

Good value. Clean room.

Posted Dec 3, 2013
Pros: I stayed here because of the price. The staff was nice. The room was clean. The free WiFi worked well.
Cons: The food that I ordered for breakfast was terrible! Not a big deal though. There are 50 places to eat within a short walk from the hotel.
Location: The hotel is close to the pier, which is nice if you arrive or leave by ferry or Ocean Jet.
I really enjoyed my stay in Dumaguete. I generally consider the hotel as the place to go only to sleep. This hotel served that purpose. The room seemed very clean upon arrival. There was a little dirt on top of the lid of the toilet seat that seems to have fallen from the vent fan above it. There was nothing really too bad about the room condition. For me, the bed was comfortable. The AC blew cold air. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. The only real negative was the one meal I ordered. For breakfast, I ordered eggs, sausage, and toast. I could really only eat the toast. The breakfast was not complimentary, so it was a complete waste of money. The eggs and sausage were cooked in old salty oil. They took on a reddish color and were so salty that I couldn't eat either one of them. It was the only meal that I ordered at the restaurant. Again, this was not a free breakfast so I didn't feel obligated to eat there and I don't feel that it detracts greatly from the value of the hotel.
