Pros: Close to the race track.

Location: Near Summit Point Raceway
The hot water did not work and I could not stay a second night and asked for a refund. the person at the desk said at 2:30 in the afternoon that they could not refund my second night because I didn't check out by 11:00am. I was planning to go back there the first week of May but instead will find another hotel to stay at.

Not worth the fee

Well first of all, I had to wait 15 minutes behind a couple of guys that was making a partial payment, then we get to the room and had no hot water! And finally no phone service to call the front desk! Will never go back! Wasn't worth 72 bucks

This was by far the most filthy, beat-up, dirty and trashy hotel I have stayed with. I went by the name Americas Best Value Inn, have stayed in them before and the stay was great. This hotel has a sign that say privately owned and I think you need to inform us when this is the case. They are held to the same standards as company owned. I cancelled my reservation early because of a family issue but it made my birthday weekend really bad

Our entry door had a huge gap between the door and door jam. We also had absolutely no hot water, when I called front desk about the problems they said that they would contact the manager and/or maintenance and call us right back. We waited 45 minutes to hear back from them and never received a call back. I called again and they told me that they didn't know what to tell me because they couldn't get it contact with other person they tried to call.... Horrible

Fair Stay

Customer service was fair. I was led to believe my charge wouldn't occur until I arrived so I could pay with cash but when I arrived, the charge was already on my debit card. I wasn't pleased about the miscommunication.

Pigsty, Rat Infested

It was the worst experience we have ever had! Dirty and disgusting room with a rat running through it, vents disgusting, tripping hazards, room attendants were so rude, bathroom was a pigsty, need lessons on how to clean. That is not even half of it! Someone threw garbage on my car! Pigs!

Hotel in Charles Town VA

Pros: The price was reasonable.
Cons: Needs new carpet, window, sheets, bedspread, blanket and mattress.
Location: Near Hollywood Casino, many restaurants and a Moose Lodge.
Hotel did not smell good, linens old and worn, bed was uncomfortable, carpeting old and window had a big crack in it. On the good side, the TV was up to date and it had a refrigerator.
