Comfortable accommodations

Posted Feb 27, 2015
Pros: A very comfortable place to stay, good pool, quiet area.
Cons: Breakfasts were somewhat underwhelming. [Cold cereal with milk and some sliced fruit one morning.] No hot water for showers on our last morning.
Location: Lahaina is a short drive away with lots to see and do.
We (2 adults and one teen) spent 3 nights here just before Christmas (Dec21st-24th). The facilities are quite nice and well maintained. The saltwater pool was refreshing and kept in excellent condition. Room was clean, tidy and nicely furnished. TV had HDMI so we could plug in our laptop and watch movies and photos in the evenings. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed visiting with the other guests over breakfast. We were somewhat disappointed in the breakfasts (limited options), and somewhat later than we would have liked as we would have preferred to be off and exploring or on the beaches by 8:30am or 9:00am. Although they have a couple of bicycles for guest use, the B&B is on a relatively steep hill, so it was not really practical to use them to explore, or to go to Lahaina. On our last morning there was no hot water at 9:30am so we could not have our showers before leaving.

Delightful place to stay in Maui!

Posted Jan 23, 2015
Pros: It is impeccable! White tile floors throughout and comfortable, beautifully decorated large rooms.
Cons: Nothing! Our expectations were met and exceeded. I have already recommended you to all our friends....via e-mail with pictures and everything.
Location: We were very happy with the location. You really should rent a car to be able to get around and see the island. There is so much to see and do.
This was our first time to stay in Maui and we loved every minute. From our arrival at the airport, where it was easy to rent a car and drive straight to our hotel. The traffic was light, the weather perfect and with instructions we had no difficulty locating the hotel. This is a great location in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the Cannery Mall and entrance to Front Street where everything happens. Tatyana, our hostess is an amazing cook. We had delectable breakfast's every morning. She was helpful to answer all our questions. Having wi-fi is a big plus as well as free parking. We enjoyed Happy Hour Mai Tais. Besides being delicious it was a fun event to get together with the other customers. Mahalo!

Steps between bed and bathroom

Posted Jan 16, 2015
To me it is unacceptable to have steps-- large shiny white tiles that get very slippery when wet--between the bed and the bathroom. There was also no handrail. I dreaded every time I had to make this trip. Also breakfasts were like no other breakfasts I ever had, and the ones I had were not to my liking and in fact I stopped going to them.

Pampered in Maui

Posted Oct 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
An outstanding change of pace. Away from the crowded resort hotels, with a personal view of the Pacific. The owner and staff go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Home made gourmet breakfast every day. This is the perfect place to really relax on Maui.
