Hotel room was clean and spacious, very elegant. However, room had surround sound but apparently you can't use its full potential. My towels disappeared the second day, housekeeping cleaned the room and never put the towels back. Overall, I would recommend the hotel.

I guess this hotel is renovated from a very old motel. It is really a nice try, but there are many things left wrong. - The rooms are really different, and nice in the pictures. However, the quality of the furnitures is low! Even the most basic thing - the bed - is not comfortable. Don't sit at the corner of it! - No chair & table in the room! If you want to eat something in the room, it is an important piece of furniture to have! I have never realized its importance until I stayed here. - The bathroom doesn't have any wall. But this boutique hotel is for couples only. Still, if you have a kid, that is not for you. The bathrooms are not comfortable too. There is no place to put your shampoo, soap etc. - The A/C was loud. And it was leaking on top of our head! - The hotel staff member at the front desk was very very rude. She gives you your key and tells your room number for a second. That's it. They don't give you a sheet of paper with instructions. Usually in hotels, I get an instructions manual which writes my room number, where and when to eat breakfast, hotel facilities etc. - You might also get rooms with broken stuff. - No, I didn't only stay in 5 star hotels. I stayed in 3 star hotels too. The typical 3 star hotel chains are also boring, but at least they have a standard. At least, they know hotel customer's basic needs! Overall, this hotel has a very poor infrastructure. They tried to renew it, but the quality is still poor. It was my worst experience.

Really great place and I recommend if staying by Miami Springs . Not to expensive either .

I appreciate the experience I had here, the nightly rate is reasonable and the room was clean. There is a mirror on the ceiling and one in place of the headboard, the shower is transparent glass and so is the door to the toilet so I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you plan to share the room with someone and privacy is an issue for you. Continental breakfast is included in the price and ends at 9am. I did not like that WiFi is only available in the lobby/check-in area and I didn't observe any security on the premises. I recommend this hotel if you need a clean place to stay on a tight budget. I give them a thumbs up!

We stayed 5 days.. From the 2nd day till check out we didn't have any hot water.. No change of towels.. No clean room.. The front desk girls didn't seem to care..we complained several times.. Manager no where to be found the whole 5 days.. Horrible expirience... Like if the room was given to us for free.

Most things are good except that the room don't have tissues, water heater for tea or coffee, as well the breakfast is only bread , cream cheese and jam only

When u first checking the fd supposed to tell you, about the room charges and they should inform the guest that if they loose the key they get charged 5.00 something that was not inform to us. The fd gives u the impression that they don't care to solve the gets issues. I stayed at others hotel and most of the fd staff goes over and beyond for customers.
