Nice location - quiet on private islandPosted Feb 27, 2015
Pros: Atmosphere - hotel was quiet and scenic. Mandatory valet service was very good.
Cons: Building is older and starting to show it's age, but overall still pleasant.
Location: You have to drive wherever you want to go. Bayside Marina is a short drive away providing nice view of harbor. South Beach was interesting.
Overall experience was enjoyable and comfortable. Beautiful ocean front walk along island shore overlooking the ocean. 24 hr security at entry to island eliminates outside traffic.

Horrible Hotel with outdated environment.Posted Feb 10, 2015
Pros: The View.
Location: Coconut Grove Area was great!
Their food was molded, tuff lobster and they did not even bring spoons for our coffee service. Hotel is old and they are taking that hotel down very soon, so needless to say ALL of their furniture, furnishings were outdated, torn and awful. Please do yourself a favor and do not waste your money on this hotel!!!!

beautiful grounds. very serene, relaxing and quietPosted Feb 7, 2015
Pros: We had a great view of the bay.
Location: Very difficult to get around. Miami traffic is horrendous. Took us over an hour to drive 22 miles
We needed a fridge in our room and it was brought up with the luggage. Every need was met with friendliness and speed.

Nice hotelPosted Jan 28, 2015
Pros: Location, quiet, great staff
Cons: Looks to be due to renovated. Sort of Shabby Chic right now.
Location: Away from the city, but nearby
After staying at the Marriott on Key Biscayne for 5 nights this was a welcome change. Much quieter, the staff far more personable and helpful.

Pros: The doorman was very helpful, room was ready for an early arrival
Cons: Rooms are old fashioned and out of date. Could not see any water from our room as trees blocked the view from the 2nd floor.
Location: If you like quiet and short walks, this is the place for you. Absolutely nothing to do, small pool, limited restaurant.
Overpriced for where location is, rooms not the nicest.

Very nice, quiet hotel on Biscayne Bay.Posted Jan 21, 2015
Hidden gem in Miami. If you want a quiet hotel away from the action, this is it. The spa and the restaurant are wonderful! The pool area and some of the fixtures could be updated, but overall it's a beautiful hotel and spot.
