Nice Place To Stay

Posted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: The hotel was convenient and located almost adjacent to an excellent restaurant named the Powder House which was recommended by the desk manager Dean.
Reserved this room while visiting Mt. Rushmore and the Black Hills as our final stop before returning to Wisconsin. Although not located in Keystone, it became apparent that there was really no need to be in the town versus just outside. A walk through the main street was enough of an experience.

Good hotel with a good location.

Posted Aug 10, 2014
The staff was excellent and polite. They had supplies out for us to wash our motorcycles which was really appreciated. It was expensive but considering the location in the black hills and being Sturgis week we cannot complain. Overall I enjoyed my stay there and would do it again. Breakfast was pretty good.

OK

Posted Aug 7, 2014
Pros: breakfast
Cons: Pool heat and cleanliness, basics like Ice machine working
Dean our greeter was excellent and very professional, helpful. Check in was easy. Goods: Breakfast was done well...not just a continental but more of a cafe feel. Nice! Not so good: Pools were dirty (obvious stuff floating and at the bottom...cloudy) and the heater was broken, so cold. Kids jumped in but not for long. Ice machines weren't functional either. Paper thin walls.
