Great option! Better than just a hotel room!

Pros: A lot of space. Very clean and new.
Everything about the hotel was great. My room was great. I loved the kitchen which included a large fridge and freezer, microwave and electric stove and pot for cooking. The bathroom was great and had a washer/dryer in it although the dryer didn't work so great. It was a fantastic room and the staff was nice and very helpful. However, the staff spoke almost no english and when checking in I was lucky enough to have someone there who spoke a little english. The staff speak the Nanjing dialect of Chinese so my limited mandarin was almost useless. Once they understood what I was saying they were very helpful and the hotel staff was great.

impossible to find the hotel

Posted Jun 15, 2012 on Hotels.com
being a fluent mandarin speaker, i had a lot of difficulties finding this hotel because there is not a No.88 on Wangfu Road (for the side of the road with the even numbers, it was only up to No.58, and then continued with No.90). I approached about 5 people and went in to a restaurant on No.90 Wangfu Road to ask and they had no idea where it was. This is because the front/gate of the apartment was on No.92, chained up with a pile of what seems like rubbish to me. We had to turn in to enter a side gate, hoping that it was the one we are looking for because they are no signs at all. Furthermore, the buttons of the lift was missing and the rooms were badly maintained- stained sofa, dirty flooring, and torn bath towels with blood stains. I will never stay here again even if it is complimentary.
