Very good location

Posted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: Location. Steps to the Falls and the attractions.
Cons: We thought the bed was not very comfortable, but it was ok for 1 night.
Location: Very central, lots of attractions and restaurants near by.
It was a good experience, the room was clean and the place was very close to the Falls and the attractions. Parking was an extra 8 dollars, and we stayed on the 3rd floor, no elevators, so it is not a good choice for people who have difficulty with stairs. You can use the pool and the ice machine in the Country Inn. Breakfast is not included. Overall, it was good. Cheap, clean place to sleep after a full day of walking.

not as advertised

Posted Aug 22, 2014
Pros: easy access to the pool, close to Clifton Hill and restaurants.
Cons: a/c was not working. better signs showing hotel location. beds were very uncomfortable.
First- no view of anything. Second- I asked about Wi-Fi & was told it was complimentary, but we could not ccess our computers. Third- we were not told that breakfast was not included,so we felt foolish when we were not allowed in the dining room. Fourth - it took us a long time to find the hotel, as it was not on the main street as the address suggested. Fifth- the room was located in the corner (107) and was not very well lit up.

fair hotel , close to all main attractions

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: that it was close to everything , most of the main attractions . we had access to the hotel pool next door free of charge
Cons: to not use frayed , worn towels given in the bathrooms .
Location: walking distance to casino niagara , many restaraunts , souvenier shops and clifton hill
we stayed 2 nights , 3 days. was quiet until nightime after midnight . had to call front desk to quieten the rooms next door and above . later found out they were young kids from across the border coming over to drink .they did stop the noise after being told . Other than that was a nice stay . not fancy but comfortable and clean rooms ,beds and bathrooms which is all we were looking for !

We could walk to everything with ease

Posted Aug 13, 2014
Pros: The staff
Cons: Better beds
Front desk staff were absolutely there to make sure every customer were treated well. They were the first staff we saw when entering this hotel and that's the way it should be. The attendants and hotel hand-I-man were prompt and friendly. The ants were an inconvenience and the bathroom sink drained slow. The beds were not comfortable The price was very good but you get what you pay for. If you aren't planning in staying in your room much, this is a good place to stay, based on the price. Very friendly staff !!!

My back still hurts from the worn out mattress.

Posted Aug 9, 2014
Pros: Only good thing is that we could walk to the Falls.
Cons: New mattresses, improved lighting, flat screen TV, WIFI, iron in room, Tissues, Shampoo/Conditioner, Soap
Location: Decent location
Booked for 2 days and wish it was only 1 but there are no refunds so we were stuck here.

Great Hotel close to the Strip

Posted Aug 4, 2014
This hotel was great for the traveller that needs at place to sleep after a long day visiting parks, museums and of course the Falls. It's clean and carefully tucked in behind its sister hotel, to which you have access to for the pool, gym, ice, wifi and breakfast. Although you'll have to pay extra per night for your parking as well as breakfast. I was not advised that we wouldn't have a small fridge in the room, usually a room with 2 queen beds has one, those were the only inconveniences. The Staff was super helpful and understanding which was extremely appreciated.

Nice cheap hotel close to Clifton Hill

Posted Jul 20, 2014
My friend and I needed to find a cheap place to stay at up at Niagara Falls for a birthday weekend - someplace within walking (or staggering) distance to everything. Considering we were not going to be spending our time in the hotel - we were not looking for anything spectacular. Inn By The Falls was fine for what we were looking for. We got 2 queen beds in a very spacious and clean room. The room was very well air conditioned and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is part of Country Inn and Suites so you have to book in through the main hotel. There is parking for $8 per night on the lot. Even though you are in a different hotel, you can still use the pools and ice machines from Country Inn and Suites. Breakfast is not included. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Clifton Hill so close to everything without the noise. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay without the romance and view of the falls - I would highly recommend this hotel. Please note though - the hotel has 3 floors and no way to get up other than taking the stairs so if you can't walk easily - this would not be a place for you.
