We stayed with a group of 16. We were accommodated at all meals with members of staff remembering us and saving tables for breakfast each morning. Ask for Adonis at dinner! Donette at the pool bar took care of us all week. She also kept the smoothies coming for our kids! We used Chukka tours for the catamaran Dunns River trip!! Best day of the week!

The staff is great and the hotel is not fancy but decent enough. Breakfast was good and its free but the food in the restaurant that you have to pay for lunch and dinner was not so good. If you are not into all inclusive resorts I would recommend this hotel. You get what you pay for.

We arrived at the resort with a welcoming staff. The activities listed were great and there was a lot of things to do at the resort. The only thing drawback was that the resort was closing for a month and we were not notified of this after 2 days of staying. This process led us being shipped to Tower Isle, which led to being shipped to Swept Away, which neither one compared to this resort. The staff however bent over backwards to accommodate us on this incident. Just would have liked to be told sooner so that the proper arraignments could have been made.

greeted by Kingsley who is our choice for best employee! He took care of us during our visit and helped us when we were leaving. Terrific service. Mostly young couples or older couples. Great location - best beach. So picturesque. Enjoyed everything except the cats that run free and leave unwanted 'gifts' on your stuff.
