Older but clean.

Pros: The digital controls of the air conditioner/heat.
Cons: The age of the motel
Location: It is located near shopping and restaurants.
This is an older motel in Omak. This was also our first stay there. For the price it was ideal. It is centrally located, close to shopping, highway, food. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. Overall, I think we would stay there again, given the condition of the motel and the price of the room. I would recommend this motel to any of my friends that were looking for an economical and clean place to spend the night.

Motel Nicholas in Omak

Never stay here again. I had a pet room and it smelled of urine. I had to bring air fresheners in just to be able to tolerate it. The coffee pot was coated with dust and dirt like it hadn't been cleaned in over a year. Perhaps no one had used the room in that long. The bathtub had a scum on it. I didn't use it and it was too cold in there anyhow. Thyere were still dirty towels hanging in the bathroom from a previous guest. The curtains were falling down in the room. There were only about 5 rooms occupied. You would think they could have given me something decent even if I did have a little dog with me. I slept in my clothes. I was afraid to undress to get between the sheets but I was exhausted from driving for 3 days.

Motel Nicholas: Low price adequate room.

This motel offers a clean room at a low price. Like the fact that you park by your room and carry luggage directly into and out of your room.

One night on business

Motel Nicholas wasn't a bad place for the evening. It's not the most modern motel out there but it was ok for an evening stay. I'm just glad Hotels.com got us the deal that they did, because I wouldn't pay the full amount for this place. It was too "rustic" for me. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Didn't watch TV but the wireless internet was alright. Overall this was an OK place to stay. I will say the room was huge but I think the place needs a bit of a facelift.

I took my step father up to visit my Grandma (his Mother-in-law), Aunt & Uncle. My mother was killed Dec. 17th 2010 and he is very close to my family. With winter coming we wanted to make 1 last trip before the snow hit. the Hotel was clean with comfy beds. Could use a face left and the restroom was not set up for people with disabilities. In the room we stayed in there was not any rails in the shower and you have to step over the tub. There is a lot of people that can not step over the tub. They need to make sure it is a safe bathroom for those in need.

Where else can get a room without rodents for this kind of a price?
