Pros: The outside
The safe didn't work , smoke free room was DISCUSING ,to many other small problems these hotels are better than this one. Won't return .

Would not recommend this hotel.Posted Mar 29, 2014
Hotel needs an over-haul. Seemed more like a motel 6. Price was high for being so run down. Moved to a different hotel the second night. People next door partying and smoking pot till 3am. Pillows felt and looked like they were stuffed with socks. Will not recommend to anyone. Only benefit was the location.

Could have had better maid servicePosted Mar 20, 2014
Shower curtain wouldn't close completely. When they cleaned they failed to leave soap at the sink and didn't replace soap in shower/ some of the white towels weren't so white(yuk) . Finally the night before we checked out the door key broke. It didn't get repaired "immediately. Staff was great

The facility needs to be repaint the outside and carpet need to replace. Other than that, no complain. Location is good, close to 405 freeway and to the beach

Just a place to stayPosted Feb 3, 2014
Cons: Better TVs
Location: Was only there for the Surf City Half Marathon, didn't visit the general area.
Nothing fancy about this hotel, just needed a place to stay for a half marathon in Huntington Beach. TV could be better, smelled like someone smoked in the room even though it was a non-smoking room. The staff did let us check out later than normal due to the race starting late.

How much is this hotel costing me a night?Posted Jan 26, 2014
Pros: The location is good and why I chose it in the first place.
Cons: See above.
Location: Lots of stores nearby, Beach is not too far.
Shower needed repairs, dirty backwater came up and back into bath after showing. Very little shower water pressure. Many younger adults in the smoking areas were allowed to hang out and smoke around there rooms. It appeared to be a party as two rooms were open yet there were many more people hanging out. Not the kind of thing I wanted to come to after driving 14 hours. If the staff and owners paid a bit more attention to their hotel, it could be a completely different experience. Maybe look into Hotel Impossible to get a few tips. I'd expect this experience from a $ 40.00 a night room, not a $ 70.00 plus a night room.

Good for the price and locationPosted Jan 8, 2014 on Hotels.com
All good except they should change the continental breakfast offering - more variety.
