Good Value Hotel on International Drive

Pros: Location and size of room. Wifi was very slow.
Cons: Décor and offer breakfast
Good location for all parks. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast but has plenty of restaurants and shops near by. Has a Hotel outdoor pool (a bit dated but OK) but guest get free access to nearby YMCA Olympic size pool. The décor and bathroom is dated but OK. Rooms are good size and facilities are good ie tv, fridge and microwave.

Temperature throughout the hotel was warm and uncomfortable. There were no pool towels available.

Comfortable Beds

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. Both time were very good. There beds we're super comfortable, sleep number beds. I slept like a baby! The room was clean and they left the lights on, because I was getting in late. The price was great, I would totally book there again.

My stay in this hotel is a disaster . first , the room is dirty .The staff are not helping . the elevator is not working and the pool is under construction .I want my money back

Hotel was nice and comfortable. Just wish their was info o NV the remodeling of the pool and restaurant area. Nothing on that info ob expedia site. Next time will call hotel directly for info.

Don't let the pictures fool you

Pros: The small cafe to grab a Starbucks coffee. Shuttle bus to parks.
Cons: Customer service needs to be improved. Better quality beds and linens. Sheets do not stay on the beds. Shower and sink drains very slow.
Location: Walkable to just about any restaurant and gift shop.
I booked this hotel for just a 2 night stay. I planned my short stay according to the pool and restaurant on premises. When I arrived, we were informed the the restaurant was closed due to renovations. My son was looking forward to playing pool they show in the pictures. The pool tables are in the restaurant. we walked around the hotel to check out the pool and another surprise...its drained!! I went to the desk to ask about the pool situation and I was told to go across the street , either side to the next door hotels and use their pools. We were also told to use the YMCA pool behind the hotel. I was unable to get a manager at that point. I informed the gentleman behind the desk to clearly let the manager know they were deceptive in not informing guests during booking of this issue. I emailed the manager and still have not had a reply. I was completely ignored. This hotel is trying to do renovations but in poor quality. I personally did not find the sleep number bed comfortable at all. I was not happy with this hotel at all.

Terrible place .

It was a terrible experience . The customer service is really poor . The room was so dirty . Very bad experience ! Do not recommend to anyone . Everything was broken and dirty .

Close to everything yet far from what I wanted

Check in was terrible, done at evening time and it felt I was a bother to the guy working. There was no indication of check out time anywhere in room or back of door so to confirm the last morning I called front desk. There must've been a line but the girl that picked up was abrupt and annoyed in her answer. There was a lingering smell (bad odour) in room they've tried to cover up. Hotel was very outdated, for the money I expected a bit better
