Terrible customer aervice

Terrible maid service, broken elevators, squeaky beds, no pool-empty and roped off for our entire nine day stag, no manager on duty, secure locked outside doors always open, no response from front desk when trying to call, no response from the manager. Poorly run hotel. Will never stay here again.

Down right AWFUL

Cons: New ownership.
Location: It is in walking distance to nice resturants
Our reservations were made through Expedia, when we arrived at the hotel the rooms were all messed up. We booked two queen beds and got a room with a king. We arrived at 7 pm and when we opened the door to one of our rooms we found a maintaince mand laying in the bed watching TV. HE TOLD US THAT THE ROOM WAS CLEAN YET. The pool had no water in it. The resturant was closed. Two of the days we had no towels, they told us that they didn't have any. The beds are sleep number beds and they don't work, you either sleep on a firm bed or sink into the frame.

Facility was not as advertised. Staff was unfriendly and not able to answer questions about hotel and location. Facility was under construction and had limited access to activities. Rooms were not updated and plumbing was an issue.

Pool and Beds

Arrived on Sunday. Pool is empty...no water! Entire pool area roped off so you can't even sit out on a chair! Told to use the hotel pool 2 doors down but is all gated and need a room key to access, so you have to hopefully find someone to let you in. Most uncomfortable sleep number beds! Everytime you move the bed creeks and cracks SO loudly it wakes up the entire family! Everyone is tired and crabby! Will never stay here again!

overall it was nice, One lady at the desk where it says customer service or whatever, that helps for stuff about the resort, was very rude and not helpful, other than that, it's a great place

Room booked with King bed not available Pool closed for repair, Restaurant & Bar Closed This hotel has gone from bad to worse in just a couple of years Loved the black mold in the shower

Pros: Location, pool area, hot tub, sleep number beds (when they work) shuttle service.
Cons: Staff needs to be smiling, friendly etc when checking in and responding to concerns. every business encounters problems; it is how you respond to them
Location: many restaurants, close to many activities, nice area.
we stayed here multiple nights last year and this year again. On feb 4, 5 & 6, we had a nice room (room 2631) comfy bed etc, but we did not have a sleep number bed as told us by the operator & hotel check-in. the bed was very comfortable, so it was not a problem. We stayed again on feb 23 & 24. our sleep number bed did not work. Maint had to come in and repair. there was a water leak from inside the wall between the closet and the bathroom (room 2131) which resulted in a musty smell. We let them know about it at checkout. we had to ask for towels twice to be able to shower. the pool area & hot tub were very nice. we like this resort because of the location. we will however check out other hotels in that area because of our last experience. It just seems the staff was not as friendly this year either. we do like this hotel, so we hope they raise the bar back up.

Front desk never pick up the phone. Wanted to check out late front desk person told me there is no way. I asked how much? She said no. Need some upgrading. Air conditioning was not working well so I changed room. Hotel pool is great gym is at the ymca. Closed on Sunday.
