Room felt damp and the security box brokenPosted Jul 19, 2014
The beds were damp and the room had a musty odor. The security box for personal belonging was broken. The hotel was not as clean as it was when I stayed last year when it was "Radisson".

Met our needsPosted Jul 19, 2014
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious especially the made-to-order omelettes.

Location: Located in a nice area. Near by: restaurants, gas stations, Walgreens, YMCA.
Spacious room. Sleep number beds. Free access to the YMCA next door. Nice area.

Rooms are spacious for 2 guests. The free shuttle for the theme parks only picks up and returns guests once a day, which is inconvenient.

MiscommunicationPosted Jul 15, 2014
The pool was so dirty you couldn't see the bottom. The guest services lady after 7pm knew squat about the hotel. The menus in the room were so old the bar tender told us they were not items they serve.

Poorly managedPosted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: The staff was very nice and friendly. I like the location.
Cons: More staff!
The hotel staff was extremely nice, but you can tell the overall hotel is poorly managed and under-staffed. Only one person was working the front desk and phones, and there was constantly computer problems. My room key did not work, and both computers were down so they could not re-activate it. The only reason I stayed here was for the convenience of being next door to the Aquatic Center.

You get what you pay forPosted Jul 13, 2014
Their only shuttle bus to those theme parks comes at 7.30 am and 11.30 am only. 11.30 one is too late n 7.30 is too early!! We spent a lot of money on taking a cab and we were charged 20$ for late checking out... The room is nice and clean though, just be careful when you choose to stay here...

Disappointing hotel.Posted Jul 13, 2014
The front desk personnel have no customer service skills. The pool is big but very old. The hotel is old, the rooms and the washrooms inside. The hotel is in good location close to shops and attractions. One shuttle to Universal Studios that picks u up at 10 and brings you back at 8. I wouldn't stay in the same hotel again. Best Western and Days Inn are a way better for the same price.
