Good location. Awesome resort style pools and jacuzzi. Great for a short stay at a good price. Family food: Bill's Pizza for dinner. John's for breakfast. Days Inn are always clean and safe wherever we go.

Hotel close to the airportPosted Nov 8, 2014
Pros: it was clean and right beside an excellent restaurant.
Cons: it is an older building so there is not much you can do about the noise level between rooms.
Location: We did not sightsee as we were there just to catch a plane but were surprised how early the stores close
The hotel itself was very well kept with a nice pool area and a very spacious courtyard. The staff that we interacted with were very pleasant and accommodating. Our room was clean with a nice patio door and a small sitting area which was very nice. It is an older hotel but the cleanliness is what we look for. There is a restaurant right there beside the hotel and the food was excellent. The only thing we would mention is the noise level. The room above us had a smaller child that never stopped running back and forth across the room and the room beside us had an arguing couple at 2 in the morning. This too passed as did the running but it kind of disturbs your sleep especially when you are catching a very early flight and you need to get sleep.

Pros: Close to race start.
Location: Good eating at the Irish pub--within walking distance.
We only stayed one night--went in for a race the next day. Bathroom was tiny--towels looked dingy. Room seemed clean, handle on sliding door was broken, air conditioner super loud, and balcony lights stayed on all night. We probably would have checked out if staying longer.

Don't expect a standard Days InnPosted Aug 11, 2014
Cons: Renovate, renovate, renovate!
The room was clean but the building was very old and in need of work. The AC unit in our room had no thermostat so it roared all night long. The hallways were not climate controlled and the noise from the pool kind echoed through. The price is low, which is good.

Not the best hotel stay we have had. The hallway to the room smelled like smoke and the room didn't smell much better. We had a problem with our door, it would not lock when we would leave. Had to have management out twice and they never offered to switch our room or apoligize for the inconveience.

We had a balcony overlooking the pool.Posted Aug 5, 2014
Pros: I loved the king size bed and the cozy pillows. The room was painted in earth tones which were very soothing. It was tastefully decorated and clean.
Cons: I don't think it needs any improvement.
Location: There's the Air-Tram to the San Jacinto Mountains, Joshua Tree National Park, Billy Reeds Restaurant, or walk and enjoy what Palm Springs has to offer
We not only had a view of the of pool, but we also had a view of the San Jacinto Mountains. The staff was friendly can cordial. Our stay was a very relaxing one.

AwfulPosted Jul 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel was not as it was pictured on line. Got to the room and the ac was not on it was about 110 degrees when I entered the impossible to be in there. I put the ac on and left and went to dinner. When I came back the room was barely even cooler. I called the front desk they were rude but did send someone up to look at it. The guy that came up told me to open the slider and front door? "To let more hot air in" 2 hours later the heat was just unbearable called the front desk again and they finally switched my room but again it took hours for that room to cool down. The shower water pressure was also awful , no cold water pressure in the bathroom sink. I felt like I might as well of been at a camp site....
