Next to BYU. Old but still comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was OK, waffles are always nice. Bed was comfortable, the kids loved the pool. After a day of hiking, I was very disapointed to find that the hot tub was broken. I would go again. We got a great price online. You can't get any closer to BYU.

Pros: Location
Cons: Just about everything needs modernizing.
The location is great for BYU access but this is an OLD property that is in need of major attention. The halls are not air conditioned and the room takes a long time to get cool. The paint and carpet are old and run down. The pillows are old. It is adequate for a quick stay but if you're looking for luxury this is not the place.

Horrible Quality Hotel

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything. Bed was sunken in, towels had stains, floors looked dirty, half the lights didn't turn on. Customer service was the worse I've ever had.
Checked in late, room was given away to someone else. Got assigned another room and found dried up vomit on the site of the bed. Went to the front desk, got moved to another room. Card keys would not work, so we were given an old fashion key for the room. Right when we walked in the door, it wreaked of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. A/C was loud, floor still had crumbs on it, and half the lights in the room did not work. Came back from an obstacle race the next afternoon, showered, and left even though we paid for 2 nights. Made it aware to the front desk clerk at the time that there was mud on the in the room, bathroom, and towels from the obstacle race. She said it was fine and we would NOT be charged for it. Looked at my credit card bill today and they charged me for the towels, which apparently costs MORE than a night's stay at the hotel. Called hotel to dispute the charges today, and the front desk clerk took a long time to find my information, even after giving him my full name, nights I stayed and the confirmation number. The manager was talking to the front desk clerk in the background and they said I signed a terms & conditions sheet so they can charge me. And they claim the front desk clerk that said we won't get charged was new, so she didn't know any better. Manager was supposedly in a meeting and will call back. I will reluctantly call corporate offices if I cannot get a hold of Super 8 Provo management tomorrow. This is ridiculous.

Great location for BYU campus access. Been staying there every year for the last 5 years, however, I was there for 3 nights and had no maid service at all 2 of the days and the other, they came in and picked up the towels on the floor, but didn't leave any new ones, make beds, wipe counter, empty garbage etc. Other guests at the time had the same problem. I left at 8 every morning so there was plenty of opportunity to clean the room.

Dirty floor. Burned out lights. Missing light bulbs. Found used cups under the bed. Window was so dirty and wouldnt lock. A/C sucked. To get in the outside door didnt lock. Huge space between door and floor in room. Dresser was broken. Crumbs and particles in dresser. Sink drained.slow. breakfast lame and you cant leave the area with food. I would never stay there again.

Terrible experience

I arrived this hotel after driving for a long time. I was expected to relax there, but there was too stuffy after entering hall way and moldy odor in the room. The towels were not clean also. You shouldn't stay there.

Not what was advertised.

Pros: It was close to campus
Cons: The front desk didn't answer the phone as we tried to call off and on for more than 12 hours to let them know our arrival would be late.
Location: Close to BYU's campus, everything on campus!
The art on the wall was upside down, and you couldn't hang it right side up. The neighbors were loud and we arrived at midnight. We opted to do breakfast somewhere else as the 'continental breakfast' wasn't much more than packaged food and cereal dispensers.
