Worst hotel I have ever booked with Expedia....

Posted Dec 9, 2014
It's not even a Super 8, it's a Motel 6 and I would never ever stay at one of those! If you would have charged me $10 it would have been over priced. It's been a Motel 6 since mid-September! I'll be sending some pics to Expedia.

It is now a Motel 6.

Pros: close to freeway
Cons: functioning heat & room keys
We drove around for 45 minutes before we discovered the name change. It was cold & we slept in our clothes. When we would increase the themostat temperature, the fan speed would automatically go down--a net even exchange. The electronic room key did not work even though we complained about it twice. One of us had to stay in the room to admit the other.

Now a Motel 6

Posted Dec 1, 2014
Pros: The manager at check in time was real nice and friendly.
Cons: The shower heads could all be changed to some newer ones.
Location: It was near the mall so that was great.
The motel's name has been changed to a Motel 6. The beds were okay, the shower heads could be newer. The hallway floors sagged when you walked down them.

Pros: Location was decent enough.
Cons: The whole darn thing!
Location: Shopping, food, etc...
In the absolute nicest way possible, I'll say that there is a good Chinese restaurant by this fleabag. The windows were wide open with no screens in them, cigarette stains everywhere, bad smell, paint falling on the bed. Not really a fan.

Haha, Billed as Super 8 but really Motel 6

Posted Nov 18, 2014
Pros: Hot shower was excellent, TV worked and the bed really was fine for me.
Cons: Ha, they could hire a consultant to give them tips on how to inexpensively turn a half way house atmosphere into a decent low cost well run Hotel...
Location: Location was very nice for shopping, eating or whatever, no problems there.
Surprised to find that the booked Super 8 was really a Motel 6, oh well. I was by myself and needed a bed for the night, and that is all this is, a bed and place to shower. It was freshly painted concrete walls in the room, no pictures hanging at all. The furniture looked like it was purchased from an older motel that went out of business years ago. The shower was brand new and water pressure was wonderful. The faucet controls were the old two handle version with lots of caulk sealing them in. The water spout exited the wall at an angle and there had to be a quarter tube of caulk making up the difference but hey, just like an old cousin of mine, works fine but has issues with looks! They did try and kill anything that might be alive in the room because of the strong antiseptic residue odor that reminded me of my Uncles aftershave he still has from the 50's. This was billed as continental breakfast, not to be found anywhere on the premise. I checked in fine but after returning from an evening meal I was met by no less then a half dozen people waiting in the lobby with a sign on the service desk saying something about having to leave and will be returning sometime when is convenient. This place is 38 dollars and you get 38 dollars worth of service and extras, no more no less. I would not bring my wife here but by myself, I am not fussy and like saving a few dollars when I can. Yes I would return but the ones waiting to check in, well they might just have another story to tell.

Normale per dormire

Posted Nov 16, 2014
Pros: Niente

Disgusting rooms

Posted Nov 11, 2014
Super 8 was on fact Motel6...rooms were dirty, smelly and outdated. I wanted to try to find a different place to stay but my husband convinced me to stay since we were only going to sleep there for one night. Disgusting!
