Nice hotel, no so nice staffPosted Oct 16, 2014
The hotel facilities are really good, the private beach is full of mosquitos. Staff are kind but when it comes to solve a problem it could take a long time.

Service was dismal.Posted Jul 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
The service was dismal. Staff was inattentive, rude, and unprofessional. This place was full of hidden fees. I do not recommend it.

Beautiful groundsPosted Jul 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
Grounds are very well maintained and quality of room, most comfy beds are a plus. Marisol of century 21 is a star showing us around this property and others for sale on the island. She is a powerhouse and absolutely genuine.

Beautiful hotelPosted Jul 3, 2014
Pros: The room, the food, the people, I guess you can EVERYTHING!!!!
Location: we enjoyed nearby restaurants and we also did many water activities such as snorkeling and jet skiing not too far from the hotel.
The Parrot Tree Beach Resort was one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. My family and I went there as a group of 12 and were all astonished with how beautiful the place was. Th staff was great, the people were friendly, and the food was finger licking good. I have already began to recommend this place to friends and family who plan to travel soon. Next time I plan on staying for more days and relax in their amazing pool.

The rooms were absolutly fantastic.Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: Loved the scenery, the set up, the room, the views, the beach, everything!
Cons: Making sure the rooms are fully functional before assigning them.
Location: West end was only a 30 min drive. The other resorts had other restaurants to offer.
Loved everything about the resort! But when I went to take a shower, my showerhead barley drizzled any water. I am a single female, when they sent someone to fix the showerhead, the technitian was not accompanied by anyone else, I felt uncomfortable being alone in my room with one male as well as feeling uncomfortable leaving my room with my items in it while he was in there.

Excellent stay!Posted Jun 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel far exceeded my expectations for my vacation. We chose this hotel for its location, which is out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the island. It has its own little secluded beach with a great little beachside restaurant and bar with truly great food and a really nice pool in the center of the complex. The staff was tremendous and welcoming when we arrived and throughout our stay. The rooms were basically your own apartment away from home, with all of the amenities you could ask for in a hotel. It is perfect for romantic getaways as well as family vacations. Suggestion, stop by the supermarket on the way from the airport and stock up your room as you have a full kitchen at your disposal. This will definitely be a regular stop for me on future vacation lists. I highly recommend this hotel and am sure you will not be disappointed.

Great facilities, very comfortable & gorgeous viewPosted Jun 4, 2014
Pros: Rooms are very comfortable. Pool is great. Views are amazing.
Cons: Restaurant facilities can be better, keep hotel private from town people on Sunday using the facility. Dive shop. Small hotel store.
Location: Diving nearby is great, few reataurants not many, amazing views and snorkling. Need a car to go to tourist areas as the hotel is quite isolated.
Love the rooms, very spacious and comfortable. The pools are amazing and the beach area although man made is very beautiful. The rooms are well equipped with comfy bed, sofa-bed and a practical kitchen. Air-con works fine. The problem we faced was a change of management so the staff wasn't well coordinated. Also the internet is free in the restaurant, not in the rooms. We had a great time, but we hired a car so we didn't stay hanging in the hotel all day. Its quite far away from tourist areas so you need a car. The restaurant needs an update to be a resort restaurant, its good for breakfast but very casual for dinner. We would come back as its value for price but definitely need a car, so I recommend to add that expense to the trip.

Very nice villas next to the beach/lagoonPosted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: Great place to get away from it all. It was very quiet and secluded. Very nice rooms.
Cons: Needs more activities. It was completely dead when we were there in May. But, that may appeal to others.
Overall it was a great experience. Very nice villas next to the beach. It really felt like you were disconnected from the world.
