Around 1 am both nights we stayed there, it sounded like somebody was moving furniture above us. It was really loud and it went on for about an hour. There was also a lot of yelling outside the room, towards the street side. Obviously this isn't the hotel's fault, they left us foam ear plugs on the table in the room, so I'm sure I'm not the first person to "complain" about this. San Fran is an expensive city and you get what you pay for.

La ubicacion es lo más relevante.

Pros: ubicacion
Cons: las instalaciones
Con esa locacion el hotel podria ser excelente pero dista mucho de ser aceptable.

Convenient location, poor facilities.

Room to small. Have to pay extra money for parking and be sure to come early if you want to find space to park. Otherwise location is exelent for moving around the city.

Wasn't good experience in this place.

It was ok and less. Wifi was getting disconnected and when you call they tell you Waite 30 min and after that when you called again they say the same . So for 2 days I didn't have wifi . And it was very important for me , I had to go to Starbucks for internet to compete work . Charging me $15 a day for parking while there is no option to park on the street . The bads are not comfortable at all . I'm not recommending this place , also it's not even cheap motel .

Kind of a dump.

This was an emergency stay as I live near by. Needs refurbishing, gap at bottom of door, TV is old and picture is blurry, bathroom is rudimentary. Bed was comfortable. Would not stay here again but it was cheap for one night emergency....

Sleepless Noisy Nights

Posted Apr 27, 2015
Pros: The only redeeming quality is that it is located near the business district, other than that, nothing!!
Cons: This hotel is long overdue for a complete makeover, sound proof the walls and ceiling.
Location: The only redeeming quality is that it is located near the business district, plenty of restaurants and businesses near by.
We picked this hotel for the price and the location, soon we learned that it was near a homeless camp and they constantly hung out in the parking lot by the dumpster constantly looking for leftover food scraps, if this wasn't annoying enough the initial room we were assigned had a 30 year old king bed that had seen better days. It was so badly sagging that my wife requested we be given another room, and it was only slightly better but the manager said they all are over 30 years. The nights were almost impossible to bear, the building must not have any insulation in the walls or ceiling, the TV, voices and chatter, arguments could be clearly heard at all hours of the day and night, you know you are in the worst conditions when they leave complementary ear plugs on the night stand. We had nights that were torturous, the noise was endless. The rooms are old and dingy, no carpet, out of date, we were completely disappointed with our decision to say in this hotel, it was based on the price and what we believed to be acceptable location. We would never recommend this hotel, we learned a valuable lesson that a two star hotel is going to be a poor choice, make your choice wisely, investigate toughly or you could be in for a very unpleasant experience as we have learned. Yes this is a Travelodge, but it is way past its prime and we would strongly recommend seeking another choice.
