LOCATION IS GOOD FOR WALKING TO PLACES.. BUT IT IS VERY LOUD, AND LOTS OF PARTIERS COMING BACK EARLY AM HOURS... NO NOISE PROOFING.. EVEN THE CLEANING CARTS IN THE MORNING SOUNDED LIKE THEY WERE WHEELING IN OUR ROOM INSTEAD OF OUTSIDE ......

The lobby guy was very nice. But the person in charge of the breakfast room was very rude and bossy with the guests. No organization for the breakfast.

The room is connected to another room by a wood door. Can hear the strangers clearly and need to worry about if they would come over.

It works. Its clean, roomy and has what you need. Nothing special but good enough to bring your girlfriend.

Hotel nice location, close to shops

Posted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: I liked the location, easy access to several spots that my family and I enjoyed visiting.
Cons: Breakfast should include more variety due to the price.
Location: China town was waking distance, as well as other shops.
We liked the location because we were able to walk to several stores and China town. We don't recommend the stay for a long period of time in hotel, but convenient to spend a day exploring San Francisco.

Disappointing from start to finish

Posted Jul 14, 2014
The location was convenient, because it was near public transportation and the freeway. Parking was expensive, and charged per day. Despite buying parking, it seemed like there weren't enough spots to accommodate all guests. The room was extremely small, with only 2 full size beds for 4 people, and very little space to do anything else. When we arrived, there was no shower curtain, no bath mat, and only 3 towels, despite registering 4 people to the room. We called the front office so we could get a shower curtain, and when the housekeeper arrived with the shower curtain, we also asked if we could have another towel, and more blankets. She walked out of the room and very audibly began trash talking us in Spanish to her colleague, assuming we didn't know what she was saying. We ended up only receiving one blanket, and nothing else that we requested. On our last night, we still only received 3 towels and once again needed to ask for more. The "breakfast" was very meager, even for a continental breakfast. The internet was either incredibly slow, or did not work at all. In the past, we have been happily surprised by Expedia's "Unpublished Rate Hotels," but this time we were overwhelmingly disappointed. We will not be returning.
