Whilpoor not working . Wash door can not lock. Breakfast is good . Frontdesk people helpful.

Won't stay here again, even for one night. For a non smoking room, it smelled heavily of both pet and cigarettes.

One night kinda place near the airport

On the plus you get free airport pickup and breakfast, so you can't complain too much for the price. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The bathroom was clean but the rest of the room felt grimy. The roll out cot was maybe the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on - they have some nerve charging $15 for it. Also, it is behind a truck stop in a bit of a shady location which didn't make me feel too safe. In the morning it was all families and retired people though, so overall not too bad for a layover stop to catch a flight.

Dump city

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Remodel the whole place
Location: Close to Southcenter shopping.
This place is basically a dump. It is next to the freeway and noisy. The room smelled and needed a big remodel. It was not worth $150 a night.

The courtyard and pool are nice; however not a lot of seating area. Check in was smooth, thanks to prebooking with you!.

Close to SeaTac airport and downtown Seattle

Pros: Hotel/airport shuttle Breakfast
Cons: Better customer service, better rooms
Location: Near downtown, but don't let airport shuttle be your deciding factor. You can take the train and bus from he airport just about anywhere in Seattle.
We booked the hotel and arrived very early the day of (7am), we had spent the previous two nights in airports. The staff worked with us to get a room ready by 9am. That was nice. But, they were not very nice or hospitable about it. The room had a moldy smell that we couldn't quite pinpoint. The next morning while checking out, another couple was demanding a refund as their rooms AC unit had flooded. I'm assuming that maybe why our room smelled, something to do with AC units flooding and wet carpet. The hotel staff did not deal well with the complaining customer.

Wireless internet is not working in our room. The room says non-smoking room but it smells like somebody just smoked. The room needs renovation, air-conditioner is very dirty and noisy!

Hotel close to airport

Pros: By the airport, The receptionist was very nice and accommodating.
Cons: The beds were old and the smell could be improved
Location: Not allot to do
Showed up and was given a room on the second floor the window was open the screen in disrepair, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke, went to the receptionist told her and she gave us another room. The entry door was filthy on the inside ,The internet was bad.

Disappointing at Best

Pros: The bed was comfortable. Also,I liked leaving?
Cons: Find staff that understand hospitality. If they advertise something like a pool or wifi,either it works or give a discount!
Location: Ok. Must take a bus to a mall or back to downtown Seattle as there is nothing nearby except convenience stores.
At checkin the one desk person appeared harried. When I called from the room a bit later to inquire about the wifi she snapped, "I told you it didn't work when you checked in!!" Though she hadn't. The refrigerator and microwave weren't plugged in so I connected them. When doing this, I found a huge bra behind the microwave, so when I called the front desk about the wifi not working, I told them about this too. The woman hung up on me! Two minutes later, someone banged on the door. It was the clerk accusing me of insulting her when I told her about the bra in the room. She looked at it and said, "it's not a dead rat, so why did you insult me by telling me about it? You should just repack your things and leave!! " I talked to the manager the next day about this. The pool was never open nor did the hot tup work. The wifi NEVER worked in our room. The other staff seemed surly. The nicest person was the shuttle driver who took us to the airport! Overall, a horrible and disappointing place !
