What can I say ?

Arrived a day late to be told by man at reception that our room had been given to someone else, and no more rooms available. After we insisted on a refund guess what? a room just became available, funny man that man at reception. Yes you get what you pay for. Remember don't arrive late or bad man might give you room in carpark! !!!

Although the hotel looked tired from the outside (needs a fresh coat of paint), the inside was quite nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the swimming pools just fine, the food buffet very varied, the staff were very helpful and the beach very close (just across the road). Restaurants abound around the hotel if one wanted to eat out & the town centre and its Medina 10 mn walk away. The children enjoyed it so much they want to go back. Checking in was swift and we were given sea view rooms without us asking. All it needs is wi-fi in the rooms as it was only available in the reception area at ground level. However for those who are looking for luxury, this hotel is not that luxurious. It's still Tunisia & on on top of that they are in the middle of a revolution but you won't notice that. All is calm! Happy holiday and don't ask for the world!

i wouldn stay there again if they pay me money. the hotel ,facility, confort, food , cleanliness,staff performance etc etc all need massive improvement to satisfy guests

Very bad hotel and very bad experience. It is very old hotel and no maintenance been made for it. Even hot water not available.

We went half-board (as there was an offer), thinking that we would be saving money instead of paying for evening meals out. However, the food is pretty dire. There is a choice, but it's usually 2 types of pasta, chicken, rice, potatoes and something random. There is salad and break available and when we were there the dessert was always little cakes, melon and something else random. Breakfast consists of salad, bread, eggs, potatoes, and grilled vegetables (and the usual melon and fruit juice on the side). The room was good, although the TV didn't really work (bad signal). The bathroom is adequate and we had a sea view from the balcony. The air conditioning worked and generally the room was fine. If you're a couple wanting to sleep together, there is the small problem of the sizeable gap between the beds (all are twin). The hotel is literally one minute from the beach, or there's the pool. We went to see the entertainment from the hotel next door every night (you can walk in through the back as all of those hotels are linked together). All in all, it's a good buy but I wouldn't go all inclusive, or even half board. There's a lovely little restaurant down the road that we found (La Parole - an international restaurant) and it's not expensive.

The staff was great but the hotel left much to be desired. The indoor pool was filthy, the shower never worked properly, the hotel just has an air of neglect to it but with some effort & updating could be great. The staff were all very nice & the meals were good with many options. Would love to see a small refrigerator in the room & double beds. And the plumbing! One minute the water is scalding hot , the next it is freezing cold then it shuts off for a minute.

it was so bad to stay in this hotel and i booked 4 days and i stayed only 2 days and i leaved this hotel because it is so dirty and no swimming pool as i saw in this website and no wi fi internet and dirty restaurant full of flays and insects and filthy rooms i am so disappointed with this hotel .
