Dirty room on arrivalPosted Aug 10, 2014
Pros: good price, good location on our route
Cons: clean the room BEFORE we arrive, not on our last day.
Location: LDS temple visitors center Zion's National Park
Ok, it was a place to stay, but when we see the "clean" strip on the toilet, we expect the toilet to be clean -- it was scummy. We didn't like the giant spider in the bed and the small beetles on the floor either. Overall, it was livable. Breakfast was mostly simple carbs stuff -- what do we expect for a cheap hotel, right - that was okay.

very basic and somewhat run down.Posted Aug 3, 2014
Pros: near the highway.
Location: just a stop over or us.
the whole place, inside and out, was rather run down. Front desk was completely unattended during the morning "free" breakfast. Food was so so and not too clean.

Horrible HotelPosted Jul 27, 2014
Pros: The breakfast was good.
Cons: The need to improve almost everything.
Location: The location was good, close to the Highway and the main store and restaurant.
The room smell terrible, was impossible to stay inside because of the bad smell. The bed was very hard we did not sleep at all. We was at the second floor were the room with fridge are but was no fridge in the room and when we ask for one they said there was no more available. We want to stay one more day to S. George but was impossible for us to sty another day in this Hotel so we left the day after in search for another hotel. The worst experience ever. I do not recommend this Hotel.

No frillsPosted Jul 27, 2014
Pros: proximity to freeway, shopping, dining
Cons: interior was very plain and basic
I came to see the airshow....wanted an affordable yet nice facility...this hotel really could use some upgrading for the rate that was changed.. it had no major detriment, but pretty plain and basic

Only if there is no where elsePosted Jul 26, 2014
Room was fine but cramped. I've stayed in $40 motels that were roomier. Decor was nice and homey though. Wireless internet is advertised but barely works and is extremely slow, and there is only 1 bar of cell reception (ATT and Verizon both). My 4G didn't work within half a mile of the building, it was weird. Front desk staff was super rude and short with me. I gave my credit card info via Expedia when I booked the room, but they told me I hadn't paid upon arrival so I had to pay again. We'll see if my card ends up charged twice. Overall...cute from the outside but would not recommend to a friend.

Surprisingly good for the costPosted Jul 19, 2014
I didn't think I was going to like my stay since the outside looks completely run down. I was very pleased to find the staff helpful though and surprised to see my room in much better condition than the rest of the hotel. The room was clean, my kids loved the cable tv, and everything was in good condition. The continental breakfast was fun. We enjoyed Belgian waffles, organic maple syrup, and apple juice. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. They complimented and played with my children, opened the pool early for us, and let us take our time checking out. I will be staying here again.

a place to stayPosted Jul 2, 2014
Pros: It was close to where I needed to be. It was clean
Cons: Towels need to be SOFTER. Need a more thorough cleaning of rooms when it comes to coffee machines.
Location: Location was great - right off I-15 and easy to find. Located by some great restaurants
Motel was quiet, however, it was not as nice as other Rodeway Inns I have stayed in. They changed my room and did not tell the cleaning staff so my room did NOT get cleaned the first day I was there - I had to go ask for clean towels. The towels were to thin to dry with and rough from no fabric softener. The coffee pot in room was broken - and when I went to try it out THERE WAS A DIRTY USED COFFEE BAG IN IT. They did however furnish me a refrigerator in my room so that is something. There were not enough plug-ins for to charge my phone and my computer at the same time, and there was no internet. Motel was clean inside and out, and the lady at the desk was very nice and helpful.

The check in process was fast and she was very friendly. The room was standard, clean but with hard beds and a window that faced the wall of another room. It took the air conditioner over 2 hours to make the room comfortable as it was not running when we got there and it was over 100 degrees that day. Our next door neighbors were in and out all night, but I do not fault the hotel for that. Breakfast consisted of toast, oatmeal, waffles with a variety of toppings, juice and coffee. Overall, we wouldn't stay there again unless it was the only cheap option available.

Old hotel but good stayPosted Jun 20, 2014
Outside seems run-down but the room is good and the bed is comfy. Have a good view of Red hills. The staffs are polite and helpful.
