Pretty Bad

Cons: Room condition, Key system, Housekeeping procedures,
The first room I was assigned too smelled so bad that I had to ask for a second. The Key cards were very finicky and I had to work hard to get them to work in my door. I had to have it replaced once. The table was so wobbly that I could not put anything on it. The housekeeping service only made my bed. Did not replenish or clean up coffee or bathroom areas at all. Floors looked horrible. Condition of the room was bad. Bathroom wall paint was cracked open exposing water damage beneath. I like to be frugal but this place made me feel like being frugal was a mistake. I would have left but I had already paid and I know that getting money back through Expedia is a nightmare.

Pros: Continental breakfast was fine.
There was a used wash cloth and towel still in the bathroom. The sheets looked possibly used and 100 years old.

The towels were dirty, the room was very old. I know it's a budget motel, but this is terrible for a budget motel.

Pros: The room did have a fridge and a microwave
Cons: The rooms in general need a refurb: furniture, paint, etc.
Location: The hotel is located near many choices for food and a Starbucks around the corner. Not to far from the highway.
I thought I was getting a deal for the $50 I spent because I just needed a bed for the night, but I checked out shortly after checking in and went to another hotel down the street. The hotel office did not aid my feeling of comfort with the "ring bell for service after dark" outside the hotel lobby door. After getting into my room I became thoroughly disappointed. The furniture has been worn downthe walls were covered in scuff marks from people kicking or tossing their shoes around, and just incredible sterile feeling due to know decor. The overall image of the room was clean but it was not a comfortable feeling, I could not settle in for the night. The advertisement stated there was WiFi but I could not get a signal and I was located almost directly behind the main office.

Disappointed

Pros: It was clean, just old.
Cons: AC for sure. Service improved.
Location: Good.
When we opened the door, it had an odor. Turned on AC. it did not work well at all. It was an old hotel. We had no washcloths and only 1 hand towel. Only 1 bar of soap. Bed slept OK. Glad to leave in the morning.

The bathroom door was off its hinges, and the shower curtain rod was pulled out of the wall, it appeared no attempt was made to clean the room or fix the busted door jam.

Can't park ur U Haul here.

Lazy, slovenly desk clerk was apparently doing us a favor when she managed to pull herself up off the counter to inform us that she didn't have our already reserved king room available. Said she didn't have anywhere for us to park our pick up with small u-haul trailer eventhough the hotel advertised u-haul trailers for rent. One of the double beds in the room we were offered looked as if it had been slept in. When we said the room seemed to smell of cigarette smoke, we were offered some room freshener spray. Whole place was a dive down to the stained towels and the toilet that had a broken seat and rode like a mechanical bull. Should be dropped from the franchise.

Avoid this hotel like the plague

First key given to a room that wasn't made up, had garbage all over, and phone cord was cut. Second room given wasn't made and had people in it. Finally third room, although advertised as non-smoking smelled worse than an active cigar bar. Everything in the room is about 15 years old. You get what you pay for. Quite a few loiterers and sketchy looking people hanging around this location. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed.

ROOM WAS DIRTY. STAFF DID NOT PROVIDE CORRECT BILLING INFORMATION. HOTELS.COM CHARGED MORE THAN HOTEL DID. UNABLE TO EVEN SHOWER BECAUSE OF THE DIRTINESS OF THE BATHROOM. HAD TO BLEACH SINK PRIOR TO USING TO DO A SPIT BATH
