The hotel was truly charming. Our little kitchen was perfect. On the table were two jam tarts and a bowl of fresh fruit. In the kitchen was cereal, jam, bread, milk, juice, water, coffee, and tea. In the morning a cloth bag with rolls and pasteries was hung on our door. The bathroom had wonderful olive oil shampoo and soaps. There were two public rooms with coffee and cookies. The skyline room had a veiw of the countryside and a veiw of the Duomo. It was a great spot to take a pizza and relax after sightseeing. The location could not be any better.

The cathedral is within doorstep reach, the hotel is perfectly & centrally located, with a great variety of restaurants within reach, to many to choose from.
The shopping district is opposite the hotel within a seconds walking distance, you have a street of designer stores followed by the next street with high street brands, something to cater for everyone

We had a great experience at Residenza. It's located quite close to all the major sights and we loved walking around the pedestrian area. We felt very safe both outside and inside the B&B. When the four of us arrived, the taxi took us to the wrong street, one block past the Residenza. Just as we were pulling out the map, he returned and said "wrong street!" and we piled back in and he took us to the correct address. There's a keypad outside the door, and using the code which Stefano had sent us by email, we entered and took the lift up to the 3rd floor. When we walked into reception, Stefano met us & let us pick our rooms, (we chose #6 with a view of the Duomo from the bathroom) then gave us a map and circled all the places of interest in the area. The next day, after we returned from an all day tour of the Cinque Terre, we found two champagne glasses and cookies on a tray in our room, with a note saying there was a small bottle of Asti in the fridge for us! We were so surprised. Guests also have use of the reception area which is open all night with a small community fridge, dishes, glasses, cutlery, free water machine & a 60c coffee machine. I gave comfort a 4 because the beds & pillows are extremely firm, but the extra pillow in the armoire is cushy and Stefano gave us a second one. On the day before our flight home, Stefano let us use his computer to checkin online and print boarding passes. Overall we loved staying here and Stefano is a very welcoming host.

What a catch! Just a beautiful view right from our window with an even more stunning view on the terrace. Every morning we were in awe of the view as we sipped our fresh cappuccino and breakfast. In the evening we would come out again to enjoy the view with a glass of wine. Very kind and helpful staff. Wish we didn't have to leave .

The hotel and its grounds are beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very easy to get from Dolo to Venice (1 bus that stops within a few feet of the hotel - the bus cost was 3EUR each way at the time of our stay). The breakfast was amazing and our room was beautiful with white and red marble in the bathroom. It was a great experience.

Great location less than a block from the Duomo. Lorenzo, the owner was very helpful and friendly and was available by phone if we had any questions or concerns. We were pleasantly surprised by the access to the common area, where they had a full kitchen for our use and a fridge stocked with juice and water. He even showed us how to make italian coffee on the stove if we wanted to. The room is part of an apartment that Lorenzo remodeled in 2008, so all of the fixtures and furnishings are new within this established apartment building. We felt like locals!
