Would not stay in this hotel again. Very outdatedPosted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: The area
Location: Good location
Disappointed in condition of room. Needs to be updated, ripped lamp shade, old curtains, old bed spread, thin blanket on bed mattresses very uncomfortable, old carpeting, rough towels. Just not a nice room all and all, would never recommend this room to anyone, would rather pay more money for a nicer room. The only reason we stayed is because everything els in the area was booked, it was our last resort for a room that wasn't too pricey.

If cleanliness matters to you, DON'T STAY HERE!!Posted May 21, 2015
Cons: Definitely new mattresses and lots, and lots of elbow grease!!
Hotel is outdated, I could live with that but the hallway leading to the room was filthy. I right away thought if the hallway is this filthy, what will the room look like. Room was just as filthy. Bed poorly made, floor needed vacuuming, empty chip bag visibly next to the bed. Beds were awful, bumpy, lumpy, squeaky mattresses. TV didn't work Saturday morning, couldn't call the front desk because the phone didn't work. Hair dryer in bathroom didn't work. Pool supposed to open at 8 am, still wasn't open by 10 am.

Location: The location was nicely-placed with things to do in walking distance and the main area of the Dells only two or three miles away from us.
Enjoyed the stay tremendously with one notable exception ... The mattresses in our room were in very poor condition making for an uncomfortable sleep. The ceiling was also in need of repair due to an obvious water leak but because that is a 'cosmetic' issue it was not of serious concern. Everything was clean and quite nice ... I would stay again but would hope the mattress situation would be handled in the meantime.

awfulPosted Aug 5, 2014
lobby smelled, laundry room nearby gross, room had furniture falling apart, tape on the table legs, the chairs were card table folding chairs, mold around the jets in whirl pool tub, mirrors were filthy, clock radio did not work which they did replace, garbage outside of our window around the dumpster, old mattresses etc. when the people upstairs walked around extremely load, and there shower sounded like they were in our room, the mattress was bad like cardboard and the springs were coming thru. Not worth the money charged, stay somewhere else. Worst stay we have had anywhere.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a wedding weekend. Although the outside and the workers weren't inviting, our room was spectacular. We didn't use any of the facilities but the room. The price was right!

Great location, OK motel.Posted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: Location, Location, Location.
Cons: New coat of paint in areas. Better batteries in the remotes. Quieter A/C.
Needed a quick getaway with my better half and for the price this fit the bill nicely. Location is great right in the middle of the Dells and the woman at the front desk was friendly and polite. Things were nice and clean but the motel, as well as our room, was definitely a bit run down. It was not significant and didn't affect our stay at all, but minor repairs here and there are needed. Overall not much time spent in the room anyway, and we got alot of room for the price. For a night or two, not bad at all if you don't need a 100% aesthetically pleasing hotel. This was 100% functional for our needs.

You Get What You Pay ForPosted May 27, 2014 on Hotels
The Bad: Bed was really old and uncomfortable, the cleaning service actually left our door open when they were done, anyone could have walked in and stole our belongings (luckily no one did). The room was freezing when we walked in with no central temperature controls. Not enough soap to shower/wash hands. The Good: Good location, whirlpool in the room, pool and hot tub in the hotel. Convenient parking. Overall: I do not recommend, pay a little more.
