Olivia was also very helpful when I called from the pool asking for towels as the cabinet was empty. She sent some out right away which isn’t usually the case at other hotels and i really appreciated the prompt service! "Overall, we had a great experience at this property however, there were some upkeep and maintenance issues in our room such as broken bathroom lights and a coffee maker that was not easy to get to work. We reported these issues when we left. The dining options and multiple pools and hot tubs were a plus! "
