"My husband and I escaped to Galveston for a small mini-vacation. We’d stayed at the Islander East before but not this unit. We selected it based off the reviews and photos and were not disappointed. Very comfortable and well stocked condo. I especially loved the Nintendo unit and available games, entertainment options. The upgraded shower was great. Also appreciated the dehumidifier unit for the damp beach air. My only issue was the short toilet and my tall husband had some trouble so just fair...
