Simply wonderful
My husband and I were extremely pleased with our stay. The day we checked out of our room, we started planning for our next trip to Houston and we knew our stay would be at this Hilton. Let me break it down this simple... The staff is friendly. All smiles. The housekeepers do an incredible job cleaning. I was really impressed with the service. Westheimer is a good location. There are plenty of places to eat and it’s right down the road from the Galleria. It does not take very long to get to other interesting places like the museums and Houston’s zoo. It was also comforting not hearing sirens in the night or any other loud noises. The room itself was clean and looked exactly like the pictures we saw online. We had a beautiful view of the city. I don’t have a single complaint. :)

Good value, but...
I was in a concierge room, which was supposed to have free breakfast. No free breakfast on weekends or holidays, so we didn’t get a free breakfast the three days we were there. Our room was nice, bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Two elevators were down for a day. Description says close to Galleria, but hotel shuttle only goes 3 miles, so you can’t take it to Galleria Mall. Good choice of restaurants in walking distance.

Im glad i picked this hotel!!
Well my stay at the Hilton Chase was very relaxing and memorable...the room’s were very clean and comfortable. Extremly satisfy with the bed, slep great when im super picky. the swimming pool for my kids was great even tho we had terrible weather all thru the weekend, the hotel room had towel’s at all times and cold water to drink in the pool area wich made it very easy on the kids and us since it was muggy out there. Hotel receptionest were very nice and helpful and woul greet you evry time you came in thru those doors wich made you feel safe and noticed. evythingwas very close and easy to get to mall, stores, entertainment, restaurants, and more.... Would love to stay there again and expirience this all over again. IT’S VERY MUCH WORTH IT!!
