Great Location, but
Hotel location is perfect with many amenities within walking distance. The Village Pump and Aruba Cafe are both excellent places to eat. We chose this hotel for a quick getaway. Although the staff is very helpful and friendly, the hotel is a bit rundown. The towels are scratchy and threadbare. Vending machines were out of order. Bathroom sink leaked underneath onto the floor. When we went to reserve chairs at the beach we had to get beach towels from the front desk - just awful. The beach towel is just a little bit bigger than a handtowel and it too is threadbare. Fortunately (unfortunately for us) it ended up raining and we had to leave the beach. If I had to use the towel after swimming it would have been useless. Would never stay here if this was my only vacation.

A good deal for the price. Right on the beach.
Clean enough, and reasonably comfortable beds. Good location on nice beach.

Great for get aways
friendly and helpful staff. 1st room was bad sliding door was broken 2nd room was old but remodeled. Room was clean. Staff switched us immediately after we requested it. Great for a get away...Pool & bar were great. Great location right at beach.
