Solid hotel
even though it is a communal bathroom it is very nice and I felt extremely comfortable there. Its a 15 to 20 min walk to time square and overall a decent place to stay for cheap in an expensive city

Cheap and Easy New York Style.
The Latham is not the Ritz, but at the end of the day if a cheap and accessible, no frills place to stay is what you want then could be the place for you. My room was basic, but it had a good sized TV and air con- essential at night, considering the room was on the small side. However there wasn’t a toilet/shower in the room which was bit annoying. The Hotel is well located and within walking distance of the subway. Staff were friendly and helpful.
