Good experience

Nothing special but still high standard, good food

Loud, but comfy

Only two negatives: 1) The sirens outside never stopped. Makes a tourist a bit on edge! 2) Hung the Come Back Later sign, and they went in anyway. Other than those- it was great, convienient, nice tourist area.

It was fine.

The stay was fine, and the gym was nice. Parking was ridiculous and was ridiculously expensive. It was also a little challenging getting to and from the parking garage because it wasn’t clearly marked. Other than that, the accomodations were par. Service was good. They called a bit after I got to my room to make sure everything was okay. That was a nice guesture.

Couldn’t be more impressed!

Our stay at the Sheraton Baltimore City Center Hotel could not have been better. The professionalism and eye for detail was apparent in every employee we interacted with, from the general manager to the valet parking attendants. Everyone did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable and relaxed. And the staff at Shula’s 2, the hotel restaurant, was just as excellent. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Baltimore and intend to stay there again on my next trip!

I had a package deal and the hotel price was pretty much unbeatable given the location. It’s a 10 min walk to the wanterfron tourist area and I did not have any safety concerns. Hotel is average good. No complaints.

Nice clean room, Conveniently located

We had our room upgraded for free and had a nice experience in a spacious and clean room. The hotel is conveniently located with Lincoln Town cars waiting outside in case you need to go as far as Fells Point.

Super Downtown Baltimore Hotel

Everything about this experience was super. The in-hotel restaurant was great, the front desk’s recommendations for other restaurants were likewise great. The room was predictably comfortable, living up to the Sheraton standards. Only complaint would be that the room was a little small, but it worked just perfect for me and my daughter. The location was easy to get to from area freeways and the driving directions provided by the hotel staff were excellent. Smoke-free, smelled fresh, no complaints at all.

The first room I had was less than clean, they immediately moved me. Anything I asked for or needed was quickly and efficiently was taken care.

The harbor and convention center are very near by each other and the hotel which is nice.

Great Baltimore Hotel

Blankets, pillows and mattress most comfortable I have ever experienced. Concierge was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everywhere he directed us was outstanding without fail. Location within walking distance to all Inner Harbor, Convention Center and Little Italy.

Rocco’s had fabulous service and outstanding food, located in Little Italy. Mo’s great local seafood place.

A great place to stay while in Baltimore

Had a lovely weekend!

We arrived at the hotel at 11am and they checked us in right away, which was very nice of them! We did the self park which was very convenient(under the hotel). We were there for the Baltimore Marathon and the location was perfect. We did take a cab down to the Inner Harbour for dinner that night. Thought it was safer than walking in the dark. They also gave us a late check out on Sunday without any questions! Very accommidating. The room was very quiet and a nice view out the window. Bathroom was very clean and updated. Nice towels too. Would stay there again.

the beds were uncomfortable and the rooms were not insulated well. we could hear ambulances and police sirens all night long. there was a lot of dust on our desk. i was unable to adjust the temp in the room to a lower setting

It was Red Sox weekend. The area was full of Red Sox fans. The hotel was close walking distance to stadium, inner harbor and Little Italy. The people at the hotel couldn’t be more helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations etc.

It was a good stay

Overall the hotel stay was great and I would stay again. Did seem to have air conditioner problems. There is no "free wireless" as one would presume. You have to wait in line to use one of the lobby computers. I was disappointed to have carried my laptop all the way there to find that out. I feel it’s misrepresented in their advertising and should say "lobby computers with internet access". You have to pay to use wireless on your own computer.

The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive during our stay. also, the hotel itself was clean and well maintained. The pool area was a pleasant surprise.

Parking should be free!!!!

Great hotel, but I dislike the parking situation! It should be free, or 1 fee for the duration of the visit, and you should be allowed to enter and exit during the visit without extra charge.

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

If visiting on the weekend, park on the street. Feed the meter until 6pm when it becomes free. Underground parking is expensive. You will save on parking late Saturday @ 6pm, until Monday morning, its free. Find a well lit area to insure safety, homeless people in the area.

Great find for the price

Having had bad luck in the past when trying to get the cheapest price I was so extremely surprised at the quality of this hotel. For the location, quality of the rooms and service and the price, it was a no-brainer. I was able to check in early and had excellent service the few times I contacted the front desk or concierge for questions. The location was close to the harbor but I would still be careful of walking around too much at least at night - unfortunately you find this almost anywhere in downtown Baltimore. But overall this was one of the best combinations of low price but great quality and service I have ever had in a hotel.

Even though the harbor is close, for your night time activities it doesn’t seem safe to walk. The hotel had great concierge service and instead of going out in the harbor, try the Fell’s Point area.

Should have brought a plunger

The room I reserved was supposed to have a king size bed and of course, a working toilet. The room I got had 2 double beds and a clogged toilet. How was this missed by the cleaning staff? I guess the room isn’t cleaned between guests. I call the front desk. They insisted that according to their computer, the room did have a king size bed and didn’t quite believe me. I was told a bellhop would come to the room in a few minutes and take us to another room. After waiting 35 minutes, we went to the front desk, mainly because I needed to use a bathroom and the one in our room wasn’t useable. After complaining about the beds, toilet and wait for a new room, I sat in the lobby in tears we finally got a suitable room. It was an awful start to a romantic weekend.

Takes forever to go to the rooms....both wings of hotel..need more elevators to be functioning..hotel clean..restaurant bar on site is good and not expensive

Would Probably Stay Here Again

Even though there were a few things that make me want to check other hotels, I would probably stay here again. The location to the ballpark cannot be beat, and the staff (with a single exception) is exceeding friendly and helpful. The issues that I felt detracted from the stay were a lack of attention to the excercise room (no towels, etc...), and the fact that the air conditioning seemed to have it’s limits, keeping my room humid and only slightly cooler than the outside temperature. Other than those minor issues, I was very satisfied and would probably return next season.

Even though the neighborhood appears sketchy, I never felt unsafe. The walk to the harbor and the ballpark is short.
