Loved the hotel - this is the second time we have stayed there. The price was great and they have the most comfortable beds. Highly recommend.

Parking Issues

My only real complaint about this hotel is the parking. The self parking lot does not have direct access to the hotel and is a bit of a walk for anyone with small children. Also the valet parking drop off is the only place for hotel guest to load/unload luggage and the valet attendants where less then friendly when we stopped there to load our car.

This hotel is consistently good. The rooms are very comfortable, and location is great. We highly recommend it.

Great location, great service

I was very pleased with the hotel. It is right next to the Cheesecake Factory. The parking is convenient, if you use the valet, otherwise it can be a hike back to the hotel entrance. The room was quiet and comfortable. Just what I needed.

Use the valet parking to avoid a long walk back to the hotel.

Great deal and close to local points of interest.

My boyfriend and I needed a getaway that was close to home in case we had to get back a.s.a.p. but that was still felt that we were "away from home". This place was great! It was very close to the restaurant where we had dinner (Flemings), and the hotel even dropped us off and picked us up so that we wouldn’t have to drive (they have very tasty wine at Flemings!!!) The hotel even did us the service of bringing us a mini fridge. None of the rooms have a fridge but they provide one upon request. The service was wonderful- everyone was very nice and accomodating. Price was very reasonable- I highly recommend this hotel!

Very close to the Westfield Shopping Mall.

Awesome stay

I was very happy with everything... The staff was awesome, room was very nice and the bed was one of the best Ive ever slept in at a hotel... I will definetly go back and definetly recommend it to anyone that wants a classy upscale hotel...

Traveler's tip on dining

The cheesecake factory is next door amazing food also on the other side of the hotel is BJ’S great for pizza and pasta.. Upper scale 1 block is Morton’s steak very exspensive, but worth it.. I think the best for your money would be the Cheesecake factory.. The drinks are great their too..

Fine hotle, but pay for parking?

The hotel is nice, but I didn’t like having to pay extra charges for parking. It’s basically a hidden fee, ’cause where the hell else am I gonna park if I don’t pay the fee?

for a HILTON not impressed

-Hotel is outdated. -"SUPER" uncomfortable bed, alongside pillows and comforter. -"OVERPRICED" because of location (a lot of bus. around). -Bathroom and Hospitality: I will not even go there. -Bottom Line: This hotel is equivalent to a "REGULAR" hotel-if not, worst.

Would only stay here for a one night business trip

There is no pool. There are no microwaves or refrigerators in rooms. The ice machine does not work on all floors. The gift shop was closed due to holiday. It was a convenient location, but I’d expect more amenities for this price. It was very nice to have chilled water available from a spigot in the lobby, but they ran out of cups!

Staff not particularly friendly, parking extra $$

The hotel itself was ok, but the staff wasn’t particularly friendly or helpful, and the maid was completely intrusive. Also, parking is $14/day

VERY noisy

We were awakened at 2pm by noise in the hotel and it didn’t let up until 4pm. Will not return here.

Great stay for the price

Needed a hotel central to Woodland Hills. The Hilton has a great location that is close to everything. Hotel staff were most courteous and accommodating. Room was roomy and comfortable. Future guests need to know that there is a parking charge of $14 + tax for an overnight stay.

Parking arrangement is an issue with this hotel

I always have problems with the parking at this hotel. There isn’t valet parking or the ability to drop off bags with a bellman, so they have to be rolled/carried from the parking garage to the front desk. Then the validated ticket didn’t work in the automated ticket system, so I was delayed exiting the parking garage (& late for an appointment). The hotel services are average, the location is good & the rooms are very nice.

Perfectly adequate, good location

The hotel was clean, spacious, and the staff was friendly. Room service was prompt. The location, right off the 101 and Ventura Blvd., was great, too. For the price we paid, it was good.

Nice Hotel close to Hollywood

Nice Hotel, the only dissatisfied thing is too much noise generated by the air heater during the night. By the way, the parking in this hotel is not free.

Could be better for a Hilton

Not much to say; typical Hilton. Staff could have been better.

Best value in the area

The sole drawback to this hotel is the parking facility. It is perhaps 100 yards away, and is shared with other businesses and offices. We found the garage quite crowded on Friday, and less so on the weekend. At least on this stay, the parking ticket system worked properly.

Traveler's tip on dining

While using the parking garage, it is worth going up a level to park adjacent to the elevator. Weilers Deli around the corner on Victory was wonderful.

Rude Staff

I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Female staff at the Front Desk is rude and unprofessional.

Good for quick trips

The hotel lobby was nice and the staff is very codial and helpful. The rooms were a little bland, not what I expected from a Hilton, more of what you would expect from a Super 8.

Parking

Resonable price for a very nice hotel - 15 min. from Universal Studios

Our family enjoyed the very large room, We stayed in the King Bed Room. The bathroom size was average (on the smaller side), but There was a nice work desk and a medium love seat/sofa with table. I wish the sofa was actually a pull-out, then this room would of been NEAR PERFECT. The price from Expedia was excellent for the quality of hotel. The location is 15-20 min. from Universal Studios and Hollywood. We have stayed here atleast 2 other times before and have never been disappointed.

Great Value, Good location, Very Clean & Large Rooms. We will come back again when we stay in the Los Angeles Area.

Very nice experience!

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful (checking me in early). Overall, the hotel is wonderful. The only downside is it’s not close to much nightlife. It is well located for sightseeing, and located in a nice area, however. Lots of really find restaurants close by as well. I stayed for 4 nights and my room was very comfortable and very clean. I would definitely recommend staying here (as long as being close to nightlife isn’t your top priority).

Traveler's tip on local attractions

Close to Hollywood and Simi Valley. Definitely check out the Reagan Library if you get the chance. Lots of major attractions are relatively easy to find from this location. Lots of really fine restaurants close by as well. Cheesecake Factory and Arnie Morton’s are literally right next door. Ruth’s Chris, Maggiano’s, Roy’s (if you haven’t been...go!), Flemings, are all within a couple of blocks as well.

A Great Hotel

Everything about the hotel is topnotch. I couldn’t have been more pleased
