Very poor service
I have stayed in this hotel for 6 nights in late October of 2009 on business. I was unpleasantly surprised that the hotel charges $10.99 / day for in-room wireless service even though their TV infomercial says this service is free. It seems that they charge extra for anything you ask for after you check in. The worst experience was with the hotel staff not being able to handle the problems with the noise and disorderly conduct of a very large group of high schooler quests. For three nights the hotel was full of Deca group with dozens of young people running around the hallways, slamming the doors and having the loud parties until about midnight. Repeated calls to the reception had no result at all. One of the hotel guests had called the Bellevue police to deal with the problem and only then the problem was dealt with (by the police, not the hotel staff). The hotel staff had completely ignored the unacceptable situation for three days. In general, I had a feeling that the hotel staff - all of the front desk personnel, had lacked any ’people skills’ and should not be in the hospitality business dealing with the hotel guests. They certainly had some training, but their service was extremely poor nevertheless.

Great location. Room and staff were excellent.
