“Property was as listed: nice, clean, family-friendly, super easy walk to the BART. Neighborhood is quiet, walkable with a convenience store really close. Host was very kind and really responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here but would take into account that the downstairs neighbor is bit sensitive to walking noises. Overall, our stay was fine and the host was great.”

“We had a great time staying at Roland's place for three nights. It's a nice simple setup, clean, small kitchen, two nice bedrooms. Just what we needed for a brief stay while we hit up a nearby music festival. Telegraph Avenue is a short walk away and downtown Oakland a slightly longer walk. All sorts of great food and restaurants close by. Stop by Jebena Cafe in the morning for a great coffee and a Sambosa, or Dan Sung Sa for good Korean and a fun atmosphere.
