“This is a new and modern hotel, clean, bright and appealing. I chose to stay on the east end of Albuquerque for ease of travel out of town the next morning. It was close to gas stations which was helpful and easy to access from I40 but quiet too. They had a security fence and gate around the property so I had zero worries about my car filled with snow-bird belongings. “The staff was doing the best they can. Check-in was quick and easy. The property was in poor condition and not well maintained. Walk ways were dirty. Handrails to the stairs were filthy and not suitable to hold on to when ascending and descending. The rooms were a good size but the floors were swept just clearly not mopped or cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, dirt in the corners which tells me the sweep/stiffer but do t actually clean/mop. Bathtub/shower was stained and needs to be replaced. The……
