The person working during check-in didn't have the best attitude when I asked questions. Upon check-out, tried asking for a receipt, worker acted annoyed and said it will be available via Expedia. When did it become impossible to print a receipt at check-out?

I was really dissatisfied with the cleannines of the hotel. The carpet was dirty it had some white reside stains. The room was really humid during the night we went from cold and then sweating. We found 2 roaches in the room. On the first morning we decided to go down for breakfast and there was a roach in the breakfast area. Needless to say we didnt go back down for the rest of our stay. I ahve pictures if they are needed of the roches that we found in our room. The wifi never worked.

This location was a good location for our road trip. Easy to get to, off the main hwy, easy to check in & out. We stayed one night with our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids (2kids are teens). The breakfast was good and plenty of space for seating during breakfast serving time. We walked across the parking lot to Applebee's for dinner which was a great option for us. There are other options near by but we didn't want to drive anywhere after we arrived. We did not use the other amenities at this visit. Would stay again!

The exterior was dirty, blowing trash in the garden beds, entrance needs a power wash. It is situated on a lot that feels sketchy, but excellent landscaping would mitigate that. Interior was clean and lovely as was the room. The room AC and USB plugs are worn and could not hold the cords.

It is not that we expected, I don't know what happened but, the room is not the same that shows in the pictures when I booked it. There was a lot of people in the parking lot who didnt look like they were there for the hotel.

We had some very loud hotel guests staying next door to us. Thus, it was difficult to sleep. Some yelling in the hallway...etc. Thankfully, it was only a one night stay.
