“The staff was exceptional and the rooms were large. My only issue was with Expedia unfortunately. I booked through their app and one of the pictures shows a grill and says "grill/picnic area". We brought along nice steaks to throw on the grill in celebration of our anniversary. However, the grill was not for public use! Very misleading. The hotel staff tried to make it right by upgrading our room to one with a kitchen, but we turned it down. Our room was fine, just disappointed. Pool area……

“What a beautiful, clean & quiet location. We were greeted with a smile at 11pm, checking out at 10am again with a great & helpful staff. Be careful this place is located next to the convention center, but it's less then a block walk over. Breakfast was delicious with generous portions & selections. Kudos to the mgt staff. “First, this is not a Ramada. It is an incredibly dirty Econo Lodge. Check in was done virtually and was anything but easy. I should have realized the red flags when I was told the room was non-refundable, there was dilapidated vehicles in the parking lot & someone appeared to be living in a van in the lot. Our door didn't work so someone had to come with a key, if we wanted to leave. TV did not work. Pool & hot tub do not work. Room was dirty. Floors were disgusting. There is……

“Property seems to be under construction or have ongoing maintenance issues. Hot tub was out of order but the pool worked. Minimal continental breakfast so dont rely on it. Hallways were like saunas. Beds and bathroom were clean. Bedroom floor...dont walk barefoot.”

“It's actually a "residential" hotel. Very sketchy looking, but no indications of drug activity. The previous tenant left their clothing in the drawers & took the remote for the TV. We advised the office, so we wouldn't be charged for the missing remote. The bed had new sheets, but the bathroom looked nasty.”

“Everything went smoothly. Got door code to the house. Plenty of room for my small family group. AC units were cranking away so inside was comfortable. Kitchen had utensils and appliances. They allowed a pet (with supervision and restrictions), and answered any and all questions quickly. Primary contact was email, but had a phone number that was never needed.
