“I liked the breakfast”

“I was called a couple nights before checking in. I was told you to overbooking if I wanted to change my room that I came with two beds into two rooms with one bed each I thought they were upgrading me, but she was nice but instead they separated my daughter and me. I originally had a two bedroom unit which I was not aware of but still if I pay for it, I should’ve been able to use it and not be separated from my adult daughter. Great water pressure to take a shower. Delicious hot cocoa available……

“We arrived early before check in. Thr receptionist alerted us when our room was ready. It wasn’t. We called the front desk for towels. There were none. They promptly brought us the towels. The sheets on the bed were worn down to threads and the mattress was lumpy with springs you could feel. Also someone had to come work on the tv to make it work. Mainly it just needs a makeover. It’s rundown. ”

“Good location close to the airport. Free airport shuttle is nice and easy to find. Hotel is clean and quiet and the staff was very nice. Not much to do nearby so a rental car or Uber is needed.”
