“The room and bathroom was spotless, smelled fresh and had everything you needed. We so appreciated that it wasn’t musty and didn’t smell like smoke. Bed was so comfy. The sweetest host, Hannah was helpful, personable and kind. S’mores around the fire each night was such a fun touch, we had great conversations with the other guests. We would definitely stay here again!”

“This is a gem amongst all motels and even hotels in the Mackinaw/St. Ignace area. Completely renovated, just like the pictures show it. And dog-friendly! Yes, you can hear occasional noise from adjacent rooms but that’s no difference when staying in a hotel. I will return to this motel anytime if I need an overnight stay in the area.”

“There was never any facility available!? When we arrived via GPS, could not contact anyone or see any evidence of a room and/or cabin for us to stay in? Phone posted on a door was not in service.”

“This is a basic rural motel. It was wife approved clean, in room coffee was bad, inexpensive so could go out to restaurant for real good breakfast. Value was a Nine out of Ten. Quiet, easy to use, on the way to where we were headed. Wife says we can stay there again.”
