“Going thru major renovation. Our building was complete. But on our 2nd day there they had people staying upstairs and next door when more than half the rooms were empty. We heard the people above us. Food was OK. Asked for 1-2 chairs and we never received them. Asked for 2nd remote for 2nd TV and got it the next day.”

“When we arrived, we were told we had to pay an extra "environmental fee" (about $6.86 for 2 nights) to pay for some fee the city adds. (there was NO indication of this when I made the reservation). The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. But it said, in the paperwork we were given at check-in,that housekeeping wouldn't come in the room until we left, but they still did. Parking wasn’t very good. The TV channel selection was not good either. Entrance nearest elevator was uneven……
