"I was in Appleton for a week a booked several motels before coming across listing for this one. The others were horrid to say the least!!!! Dirty , signs of bed bugs, smelly, dirty everything everywhere, horrible neighborhood and metheads galore hanging in parking lots. The Microtel was a breath of fresh air. Clean, a real breakfast included onsite, everything was exceptional regardless of the price. But the pricing was a bonus! All this is why I tried 4 hit her motels for not one night...

"I was in Appleton for a week a booked several motels before coming across listing for this one. The others were horrid to say the least!!!!
