“In fairness, they were undergoing maintenance during my stay. But my rankings were based on the property minus outside of the maintenance disruptions. The room had carpet stains. The walls were chips and scuffed. The furniture was worn and stained. The air conditioning was in poor working order. The smoke detector randomly beeped three different times in the night, waking me up. The bed was nice, clean and comfortable, I was well pleased. But that was the only element of the room that was good.……

“There was no front desk staff ever. We reported a man sitting in the hot tub masturbating to my underage daughter, and when we reported it they hung up on us. We had a group of teens running through the hallways pounding on doors and running away. This went on from morning to night. When we reported it to the front desk they did nothing about it! First off the man being disgustingly nasty in the hot tub should have been escorted out and they didn’t care about the safety of their guest! They did……

“Hotel room stank of cigarettes. We had a weird room with no visible outside window too. ”

“We booked a room for an airport transfer through Expedia! Beforehand I called the hotel and asked how we book the transfer and the lady at the desk said that I just let them know at check in that I need to book the transfer and the first bus leaves at 4am! Perfect! Show up to check in and ask her how to arrange the transport to the airport and she said they were full and had no openings. I said that I called and asked last week and told her what they said, she said, “you didn’t call this hotel……

“The room was very clean. Bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and kind. My tv did not work. The guy at front desk offered to move me to another room. The direct tv box was shot. Young man very kind. But my stuff was already unpacked. Also the whole unit cover on the heater/cooling unit kept falling off. I finally got it to stay. Wasn’t too happy about these things. But I slept well and place was clean. I had my phone to watch Netflix ”

“This hotel is beautifully maintained. The lobby is pleasant, there is water and coffee available around the clock. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are seriously the nicest bathrooms we've ever had when traveling! Great shower with good water pressure. The breakfast is top notch-great assortment of quality food. I will definitely look for a Fairfield Inn again when traveling. Well done Marriott!”
