“The room was clean, and we really loved sitting on the balcony. Watching a summer storm move in and later watching the sun set. Beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast was so good, with many choices and fresh. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub; the area was clean.”

“I booked this hotel after confirming disability accommodations and that my service dog would be accepted. Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. Due to a reservation mix-up, I was moved to a room that was supposed to be ADA compliant. As someone with POTS, Type 1 diabetes, and an ileostomy, accessibility is essential. The bathroom still required stepping over a tub ledge, which made showering difficult and unsafe. My service dog is trained to assist with balance and medical alerts, but……

“At least 30 or 40 free range children, running around unsupervised. Ding dong ditching, hollering and screaming until at least 1am. Throwing stuff at vehicles. Multiple people setting off fireworks in the parking lot. Would never consider going back”
