“My group of 4 stayed for several nights and the floors were grossly sticky despite the staff cleaning the rooms - my feet were black if I walked barefoot. Additionally, we had so much trouble with our keys - the keys would stop working (all 4 of them) every single day so we had to have them redone, sometimes several times in a day. Lastly, the airport shuttle is not available at night time and it takes FOREVER to pick you up which were never mentioned in the booking.”

“Me and my husband arrived late at night but I had called to let them know ahead of time we would be late, the front desk worker who was sleeping in the lobby gave us a room upstairs, the key card would not work so he moved us in to a different room. The first thing we notice was the room is unclean, the bed has been slept in, there was no blankets and no pillow cases. My husband had to walk down to the front desk to ask for new sheets and the worker this entire time is acting as though this is……

“This was a nice stay, bed was comfortable and pillows and blankets were good. The room was clean however there are quite a few bars nearby so it was a bit loud some nights. The breakfast was pretty subpar we just got coffee and ate elsewhere. The wifi was hit or miss so wasn't able to get work done but the break was good. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby so plenty of options for meals. Overall the stay was good for the price I would stay here again.”
