Very clean, very nice staff. We intended to stay in Ithaca but due to university activities, the hotels there were all filled. Cortland was a ways away from our family events but it was still a good location to stay and the accommodations were great.

Very helpful & friendly staffI did reserve a room that said it had a pull out couch which was not the case, but the friendly staff made up for it! The tub was also very small and shallow so next time I will make sure to reserve a room with a jaccuzi tub!
