“Staff very unfriendly. Helpful but unfriendly. More importantly: zero soundproofing between rooms. Could hear both the music and conversation word for word of the room next door until midnight when I finally got hotel staff.”

“The room had recently been sprayed for bugs. There were dead bugs everywhere, even in the dresser. It was not secure at all. Anyone could walk right into the building...no need for a key here. The dead bolt inside the room did not work. There were burn holes in the pillowcases. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Don't stay here! Run!!!”

“Very clearly a recently renovated and rehabilitated facility. VERY clean, affordable, easy check in, easy check out, hot water, quiet, easily accessible.... just a very nice place for a quick overnight stay on business.”

“Booked 2 rooms. The hallway corridor, the carpets are pulling away from the wall and looks dirty and unmaintained. Bathroom whirlpool tub is brown where the keys are and caulking has turned black in. The bathroom door didn’t open all the way, it hit the toilet. Found hairs in the tub and under the sheets. There was a brown streak on the wall by the bed. Furniture was worn. Curtain had tiny holes in it that was allowing sunlight through, chair had missing fabric. ”

“Loved my little apartment style accommodation which was also doggie friendly!!! Location was fantastic, Staff were kind and very helpful! Parking was very convenient across the street and one could walk anywhere for dinner, waterfront...little bistros on a side street..... Cliff walk and the Mansions were a few blocks away....St. Mary's and Bellevue Avenue also within walking distance..... Window shopping on Thames... it's all right there!!!! Rooms very clean and maid service was great!!!”

“This hotel is not marathon runner friendly. Many hotel's will have the breakfast set up earlier for runners as we get up as early as 4:30. Breakfast starts normally at 7 and requesting earlier was not even considered by the staff. Last shuttle leaves at 6:30, so 7 am is not an option. Plus my wake up call came at 1:40 am when i requested 4:40.”
