“The Royal Sonesta is the to go to hotel for us. It is perfectly situated that you can go for a walk and find stores. The staff is friendly and accommodating especially at the buffet and lobby entrance. Rooms are clean and bed comfortable.”

“There was only one elevator working in main lobby. We only found out about the other elevator option from another guest which was at the far end of the building near the pool. The tile floor in the room was very slippery when we arrived, not cleaned properly. The TV set was poor quality, bad reception unclear picture and sound, analog. Lighting wasn't working in several areas. The shower was filthy and shelves were broken that are supposed to hold soap, shampoo etc. The staff was rude and didn't……
