“We came from Wichita Falls, Texas a 10hr drive to Pharr Texas. First time ever in this little city. It was late when we arrived almost 10pm. Upon arrival I met Isamar front desk. She understood we was tired and ready to check in fast. She took care of me quick and easy. Also help me with directions on getting delicious tacos! The room was great, the ac worked amazing! Water pressure was great, the shower had a few hairs here and there. The water was clogged, so I removed the stopper. It was……

“La habitación aparentemente limpia, pero había cabello en la tina, en la colcha había cabellos, huele a humedad. La chica de recepción estaba hablando por teléfono y hasta que terminó me atendió, no activó las tarjetas y tuve que regresar a que las activara. El desayuno bien. No te aclaran que te puedes estacionar en el área de discapacitados cuando tú habitación está en esa área. ”
